Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle

My family and I stayed at the Rio Hotel for two nights and three days, and we had a great time. The check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for all of us to relax. The beds were cozy, and the kids were happy with the view from the window. We enjoyed using the pool, and the kids had a lot of fun swimming. The hotel also had a nice restaurant where we had a good breakfast each morning. It was convenient to have food right there after a long day. The location was great—close to shops, restaurants, and things to do. We were able to explore the area without any trouble. Overall, it was a fun and relaxing stay for the whole family. We’d definitely stay at the Rio Hotel again.

When and whenever you go to this palace it’s a beautiful sight to see it makes you want to keep going back.

This resort far exceeded my expectations! The resort was immaculate and the staff was awesome. I have traveled to many islands and stayed in resorts and exquisite villas, but Riu Aquarelle in 🇯🇲 was the best!! The food and entertainment was some of the best as well. I do not have anything negative to say. I wish that everyone could visit this Awesome Resort🏖❤️❤️!

Booked this hotel after previously stayed at a Riu in Montego Bay. The location is fairly isolated with Falmouth being the nearest town a few KM's away. This is quite a large hotel but never seemed overly crowded. Rooms - Very well equipped with good aircon and inclusive minibar and optics. Lovely shower and a King Size bed (there was also a double sofa bed in the room which was spacious. We were in a Junior suite with sea view - Room 1161 which gave everything I had requested vis TUI. The main buffet restaurant was excellent with plenty of choice and great service. There were 4 speciality restaurants bookable via the app and all four offered varied menu's and were all high quality. Special mention to Marvin at Krystal who was particularly helpful with the menu and provided excellent service. You could also eat in the Sports Bar which offered American Diner style food. In the Sports Bar you could keep up to date with sports from everywhere (including Premier League) and the staff were very helpful in adjusting TV's etc. Imran in particular was friendly, funny and recognised you instantly and was pouring a drink by the time you reached the bar. Of the pool bars we spent most time at Marley Bar and the staff there were entertaining while serving constantly. Special mention to Melissa, Roneil and Derren (Hellloooooo!) There were three pools at the hotel as well as the splashworld and there were never any problems getting sunbeds. The entertainment team were a laugh a minute and encouraged people to get involved but not in a pressured way. Sparks and his aqua fit sessions were brilliant and he was always up for a chat with anyone. The beach was great and YES there were some rocks once you get in the water but you soon learnt the best location to enter the water The hotel was spotless throughout including the beach and was constantly being maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed my last visit to Jamaica at Riu Palace Jamaica and was slightly nervous going to another hotel but I should not have been worried. The hotel was fantastic and I would recommend it. Another great Riu Palace

Our crew had an awesome time. We were used to cruising to Jamaica, but this was by far the best all-inclusive.
