We have been here near a week tomorrow were from Belfast its a beautiful hotel rooms are so modern they have entertainment staff for kids games around pool for kids and adults a volley ball and food ball pitch they also have a green room program were if u dont want to get your room cleaned one day you let reception know the night before and put your name down for the balinese bed you can get these big luxury grey double bed to sun bathe on there so comfy bed 2 or 3 is the best for the sun all day with either 2cocktails that arent on all inclusive or a bottle of wine or an hr jacuzzi with the bed its a really good deal we got them for 6days got our room cleaned once just got clean towels as there was only me and my daughter we kept the room cleaned We ate breakfast here 3days my daughter ate cheros with chocolate or cereal sugar puff and i ate cereal and baquette lunch 3days i had tuna baquette and my daughter ate ham and chesse sandwiches were lovely by the pool they also had fresh fruit pastrys and salads at pool bar we were all inclusive but i dont drink and we ate out every night just because my daughter is 13 and fussy there was food i would of ate but not her but we have loved our experience the staff are all lovely There was chicken nuggets pizza and chips at lunch salad tuna fruit baquette pastas fish potatoes baby boils burgers few other stuff seem to be similar each lunch time but i love chicken steak i dont no wat dinner time was like as it did not start to 7-9 we were too hungry to wait Breakfast was on until 1030 then 1-3 for lunch pool bar snacks i think was 1130 i would definitely come back just as self catering

Just returned from a great stay in this hotel, thoroughly enjoyed it! Had a lovely feel about it, very relaxing and well run with a real mix of nationalities staying there which we liked. Great location and pool area was lovely, a little oasis in practically the centre of town. Nice atmosphere, quite chilled with the odd game or aqua aerobics in a morning and later in the afternoon. Sunbed to guest ratio very good… never had an issue getting a bed no matter what time we turned up. Rooms are nice, clean and modern. Beds a little hard, but I always have that problem! I would book a pool view room next time, as we were allocated a ground floor room at the back of the hotel with no view and I like to sit on the balcony (I did ask for an upper floor room but there wasn’t one available). On the plus side, it was very private. We found the food very good for an all inclusive, albeit we are not fussy eaters. Always nice pasta and pizza from the Italian chef and a variety of other choices. They seemed to do a good job of keeping it warm as well. Cooked breakfast varied - if you want a full ‘traditional’ English every morning you won’t get it as they try to cater for different nationalities. Neither of us are bothered though so not a big deal, scrambled eggs were always nice! The restaurant was pleasant and not too crowded while we were there. Only thing I would say is that dinner started a little late for us at 6.45pm. We like to go out on an evening but by the time we’d eaten it was dark and so we missed catching the last of the sun at a nice beach bar… a couple of times we skipped dinner or went out for a few drinks first. 6pm would have been ideal. Can’t comment on the entertainment as it’s not our thing, we either went out or took a couple of drinks back to our balcony (it didn’t seem to start until 9/9.30pm). All in all had a lovely stay and would definitely return!

Spent Christmas in the sun with the family. Perfect weather and thanks to everyone at the resort who made our stay so memorable. The staff were very friendly and the food was always fresh with plenty of choice. Always pool beds available and guests were very respectful of not reserving beds before 9am.

Resort lovely and clean as was the room, staff ALL lovely polite and helpful. Pool area had lots of sunbeds, clean large pool with childs pool also, the garden areas are spotless, location was brilliant 2 min walk to the ***** of bars and shops , 5 min walk to one of a few beaches. Would deff be going back and would recommend to family and friends .

From the start of our arrival at the hotel, the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly. So impressed with our accommodation, it was very spacious with plenty of storage. Wide selection of tasty food. The whole complex was kept so clean and tidy. I would totally recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

We have just returned from a stay at this hotel. This was our first visit to Fuerteventura and like many other reviews, we have mixed feelings on this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and cleaned daily. We have stayed in cleaner places but it was adequate. There were two rooms and the shower room. A main room with a pull out sofa bed, TV and wardrobes and a bedroom with single beds pushed together. Some maintenance needed to be done. The tap on the bathroom sink had sunk into the worktop from water damage and was lopsided. Some of the metal legs were rusty where meets the floor which was not nice to see . The hotel advertised that rooms had been ‘Recently Refurbished’ however how recent that was we don’t know but definitely not holding up very well. The shower area seals had black mould in parts and you could see that the rail holding the glass shower screen in place was very dirty. Corrosion had set in some parts and leaked water when showering so had to ensure towel was near door to absorb water. Also check the milk left in your room. Out of the 4 left, 1 was out of date. We never used but just check as this had been mentioned. But overall, we liked the layout of our room. The safe was free and the air conditioning was the good. The food was lovely. Lots of choice. Fresh pizza was cooked at lunch and dinner which was lovely and the guy making them was always smiling. The dining area could have done with some new chairs. They were stained and some were falling apart. They also all seemed to have a layer of dust on the rungs. The staff in the dining area worked tirelessly, but a few more of them would have been better. It is true that the entertainment team seem to engage more with Italian guests. With the exception of two. I think his name was Carlos? And the children’s entertainer Ila. They treated everyone the same. Ila was very good with the children, getting them to join in and always had a smile and hello for my daughter. We agree with other reviews that they need to turn down the volume of the music. We like music but it blasted your ears. We had to sit across the other side of the pool. The main thing that let our stay down was the swimming pool. It was turning all lighter coloured swimwear green. Our daughter’s swimming costume started turning green after her first half an hour in the pool and got worse as the holiday went on. Basically anything in a lighter colour which included our swimwear was going a deeper tinge of green as time passed which we were not able to wash out! Other guests were also suffering the same, and it was even making the hair of blonde haired guests turn green. We even saw one man with a green beard. We complained about this twice and the staff came up with different excuses each time. Other guests had been given different excuses again. The first time they told us they had never known it before and that it must be the fabric of the swimwear. This was a lie as other guests told us they had complai
