Great hotel food not so this why we have given a low score breakfast is the best meal , the week we was there Nov 30-6 Dec it was pork 6 out of the 7 days and I didn’t know it could be served so many ways lunch and evening meal times , food was warmed up again from lunch which isn’t good Drinks are great here we never had a problem and we did take our own plastic pint glasses and a thermos cup as other reviews had suggested Rooms - we had a ground floor room straight out to the pool which was fantastic and near the bar , they are very clean and the cleaning staff are very good Entertainment is hit and miss but we sat on the patio bit to our room of a evening The hotel like we said Is great apart from some meal times we would recommend it to folk , the staff are also fab here Close to the shopping centre with some lovely bars/restaurants ,Cosmos is 5* for the burgers and sirloin steak

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure all guests enjoyed their experience. Very tidy and clean, I was there for my 60th birthday with 16 others (fam and friends) and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the facilities. I would recommend

So first time at this hotel as we normally go 4 star and in the centre of Corralejo but we thought we would try it. A friendly, cheerful place and about right for a 3 star. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful, especially the young guy on reception when we arrived. All other reception were great too. The room was spacious, clean and the pool view was superb. We mainly hung out at the quiet pool but did go to the larger pool for a swim. Both pools clean and tidy. We found the hotel a little far from the centre but it gave us a chance to discover other places close by which were okay. Food was about what you would expect from a 3 star so no surprises there. There was always something to eat but if I was going to suggest an improvement it would be more flavour added to the meals. Some were a little bland. The all inclusive drinks were okay but the quality of some of the spirits was disappointing. A tip for the bar is not to hire your plastic cup there- buy one at the shop on site for 50cents n keep it hidden from the maid. Cannot comment on the entertainment as its not our thing so didn't experience it. The on site shop was great- lots of stuff n fairly priced. I would visit this hotel again with the family n grandchildren as it would be ideal and reasonably priced. Pizza's were very good so I had some every day which is why I put on weight lol With a little more improvements this would be a very good hotel. The ground staff and maintenance team are always busy so the grounds are kept clean and tidy.

We been here for 2 weeks our last day today. We was anxious at first but we gave it our own views. The hotel is lovely and the food caters for all and was lovely. They do different themes each night. Entertainers (rodrigo) amazing always kept every one laughing and happy. All the staff are amazing. Very clean hotel. Have saw a few cockroaches even outside of the hotel and onsite but wasn't an issue for us. We would defo come back to arena beach. Met some lovely people. A couple from redditch and Helen and tony ( next door neighbours) Been a pleasure to known you all. Thanks again arena beach will be coming back in 2026, next year we will be booking and coming over for daytrips. Mucho amore
