I corresponded with someone there by the name of Lorenzo to get a quote for a 6-day half-board stay. After several emails I agreed on a price and was told to pay by bank e-transfer. As the banking info sent was not complete, I was not able to do the transfer. I then let my travel agent deal with it and Lorenzo started corresponding with her to complete the booking by credit card. My agent sent him my credit card information to secure the booking, after which she never heard from him again, even after a second email. I wrote to him myself asking what the problem was and never got a reply. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional! I am very annoyed I wasted my time and am checking my credit card to make sure there is no fraud. Book somewhere else!

Consigliatissimo! Posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi che per raggiungere le piste da sci. Il proprietario è gentilissimo ed è ben lieto di fornire consigli sulla città e sul comprensorio sciistico. Le ragazze che lo aiutano sono molto simpatiche e cordiali. La colazione e la cena sono davvero ottime! Torneremo sicuramente!

Struttura e ospitalità perfette sotto ogni punto di vista: logistico, funzionale, gastronomico ed anche economico considerando la meravigliosa location e la splendida vista sulle Tofane. Un apprezzamento particolare per le ragazze del servizio ristorante e per le prelibate specialità dello chef. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Ambiente famigliare pulito e comodo con parcheggio ampio. Prima colazione tradizionale, camere rapportate alla categoria, dotato di ascensore. Peccato la mancanza di un frigo bar in camera. Non accettano cani neppure di piccola taglia 😢

Benche' sia andata a cortina per affair e sia rimasta solo 2 giorni, respirare l aria, guardare le montagne assaporare la liberta' mi ha fatto bene. E sempre divertente tornarci. Il Cristallo, le Tofane, le 5 Torri..che spttacolo incredibile. Anche l albergo, il Bellaria, è stata una buona scelta. Gentilissimi, pulito e tranquillo

Siamo stati in famiglia, primo impatto hotel molto semplice ma allo stesso tempo molto attrezzato e caratteristico, il proprietario stato sempre gentile e super disponibile a tutte le nostre esigenze. Il ristorante dell hotel merita, ottima cucina e molto brave e disponibili le ragazze che servivano i tavoli. Infine mi dimenticavo di un dettaglio fondamentale, il parcheggio. L hotel offre parcheggio fuori hotel gratuito per tt i clienti.

Excelente situación, el skibus tiene parada en la puerta del hotel. Está situado muy cerca de la zona peatonal, el personal es muy amable. Una correcta relación calidad precio, quizá se podían renovar las habitaciones, que ven el paso e los años.
