Chatur Playa Real Resort

Well what can I say what a disappointment. Been twice before. Really gone down hill. Entertainment was shocking, Food was shocking, Room was shocking, Bar man was a discrace to the hospitality industry. Had a do not disturbe tag on the Door they came in and left a note. Room soposd to have been cleaned one day put the do not disturb tag on next day was taken off and apparently cleened. Why put on the door when they take no notice and enter anyway. Had some chicken 1 night only chicken nothing else that day sick for 2 days. Will not be going again.

I actually visited this Hotel in 2024 and all of the Staff whom work at Hotel Playa Real in Tenerife were all Exceptionally Lovely People themselves and they all have Extremely lovely personalities themselves. I enjoyed going in the Outdoor Swimming Pool regularly. There were a lot of tourists whom stayed at this 4 Star Hotel itself. The Restaurant has Excellent Food at this Hotel itself. The Tea and Cappuccino Coffee were both beautiful and very nice indeed. South of Tenerife itself is Extremely Popular with many tourists whom come here to stay at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Hotel Playa Real in Tenerife in Spain itself. The Ice-Creams at this Hotel itself were Extremely lovely and tasty and delicious themselves.

TAKE NOTICE OF THE BAD REVIEWS!!!! This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Anyone who gives this hotel a good review belongs on the Jeremy Kyle show. Food is terrible and cool. I took a video it was that bad but can’t up load. Drinks are a shambles with cocktails out a machine, the water used in the juice machines is the worst I’ve ever tasted. Bathrooms out dated, water is brown/yellow in shower, bedding stained. Hotel falling apart, holes in lobby ceiling, smashed tiles around pools and in POOLS. Heated pools you must be joking get a wet suit on kids pool is freezing. Everyone in our party has had a poorly stomach during our stay. Entertainment is that bad it’s funny. Do not stay here spend a bit extra and get a decent hotel!!!! Could not wait to get home

Worst hotel! 13 of us went to celebrate 30th & 60th birthday. Rooms were dirty, major leaks in bathroom, son changed his room three times with 3 children, they had family room in F block and had cockroaches and dirt on them all, ended up being moved to smaller room to get away from them. They don’t clean the cups in your room or change them, or the bedding and would not wipe the sides down. Lots of stairs, which had no markings on them which as lot off us fell down. Most rooms have steps down from bedroom into lounge area which are hard to see, another guest fell and fractured her ankle on theirs, no help from hotel. Food is terrible, re used or left out and so dry, drink is not much better. Don’t bother to book the one restaurant, Italian, basically same rubbish as in the main room. Most of the sun loungers by the pool were broken, drains clogged and smelt disgusting, will not allow floats in the pool which is only 1.3 metre max. Bar shuts at 11 and no entertainment day or night. Don’t waste your money

Was apprehensive due to reviews on here. Pleasantly surprised as although a little dated our room was spacious and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Not the best food wise but my granddaughters ate (3 and 7) that was a bonus - there was something for everyone you won’t starve! The snack bar was very poor - cold, crusty and dried up. They run out of ice cream for the kids and not bothered when we asked when the fridge would be replenished.. still none after two days. Contacted the rep who complained to reception but still nothing, the shop on site is expensive and a 10/15 minute walk to nearest supermarket. The pool was clean and plenty of sun loungers. Kids disco was on every night, then bingo, quiz or singers. Ate out 3 out of 6 nights - The Ginger Pig was amazing but advise to book as gets really busy. Siam Park was amazing

What a lovely friendly hotel . Me and my friend arrived on the 23rd of December for Christmas . The hotel was very clean with lovely pools and surrounding. There is also privet terrace with jacuzzi and bar . Amazing view . The room was clean and spacious. Food was great with everything you would want . As for staff can’t complain either. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely would come back . Plus the beach is only 10 min walk .
