This place is really quite nice rooms are big and have everything you need balcony views on the outside apartments are stunning . Here’s the negative don’t go unless you are prepared to walk up a 2 km steep climbing road or prepared to pay between 5-7 euros each trip . Hayes travel don’t tell you this but tui say it’s up a steep hill . The pool Is lovely but plays loud not very appropriate music to all tastes a lot of boom boom stuff .I wouldn’t go again there is nothing around the apartments like bars or restaurants so you have to travel into the centre .so that means day time and evening for us . Sorry if this puts people off because the apartments are nice

Would not return.... apartments are soo far away from anywhere!! Had to get taxis to get feom A to B..On arrival we had to haul luggage up huge hill to hotel then try and navigate our way to the reception area...room was clean but in desperate need of updating. Cleaning staff cleaned daily..even walking into room without knocking!! Only good point I can add add about this holiday is the singer Campbell

Me and my partner booked this in 2024 as a cheap deal for 2025 for a week's stay. We were not expecting much especially due to the mixed reviews, however we can't really fault it at all. Granted it is up a hill but we new that at the time of booking, we walked to fanabe beach and back again a good few times. The walk down is no issues the walk back yes it's a bit of a trek but if your happy to stop mid way for a little rest it's totally doable, if you have any ailments I wouldn't recommend. Taxi is only 6 euros and reception will happily call you a taxi. Can't fault the cleanliness around the pool and bar area etc the cleaners are always out first thing in the mornings. The rooms are absolutely fine for what you pay for, very spacious and come with a microwave,kettle, toaster and a couple of hobs. Yes some of the furnishings is a bit out dated but hardly going to ruin your holiday or stay. We only use the room as a base and the cleaner was in every day to clean. Ask for fresh towels or for fresh bedding or leave the ticket on the bed for them to change. The food s nice enough we didn't have a lot here so can't really comment too much, there is a shop just a two minute walk with a great selection and a little fresh bakery bit and prices are reasonable, the staff are brilliant it's nice to see happy staff who look like they are enjoying themselves. Cocktails are lovely and 3 nights they had singers in the evening from 8-10pm. It's been a lovely stay with a beautiful view, great all round place for families,couple or even for a holiday with friends.

This is definitely the place to go for fabulous sunsets and views. It's a quiet area, but on one of higest hills I've ever stayed on. Down to beach 20/25min but recommend taxi back up. Taxis cost between 5e-8e. Rooms are spacious but could do with updating. Staff were friendly. Added bonus that there was a supermarket onside with all the essentials. Now the cons: beds were rock hard. Even though cleaned every day , they didn't sweep the floors. Make sure you wear flip flops or slippers inside. There were a lot of people smoking **** but it is legal in tenerife so there's nothing you can do about it . All in all, you get what you pay for but next time I will book closer to playa Fanabe

I honestly don't know why there is bad reviews for this hotel,I am here just now and can't fault it ,well apart from the beds but that got sorted with a mattress topper. I don't usually stay in 3 star hotels so wasn't hoping for much but honestly it's been totally fine and way above what I was expecting. Pool area is lovely and spotless,food is decent ,the views are just amazing,the rooms are big and ours was clean,and lots of space. It is high up and people with walking issues would struggle yes but a taxi is only 6 euro to the beach area. We walked down and up but the up is a trek. The staff have all been nice and pleasant, I got a mattress topper the next day after asking because the bed was just too firm for us. I would definitely come back again ,and if you like a strawberry daiquiri they do a lovely one here.oh and thank you for the bottle of wine with balloons attached for my husband's 40th.

We booked this hotel because we liked the look of the pool area ,room sizes and saw it was in a peaceful setting high up with amazing views.We were not disappointed.Yes 3 star,we knew this.We like walking/hiking up the hill ! But taxis are only a few euros anyway if you're coming back later when dark or tired. Our room was spotless(216).We had clean towels every day and the beds made also.Theres a card to leave on the bed if you recquire clean bedding.The bathroom is large with a powerful walk in shower.Most of reception friendly, but didn't really need them for much anyway.We went out every day,walking to La Coleta, Las Americas & Los Cristianos and usually walking back too.We used the restaurant by the pool most days for breakfast and also evening meal 3 times.Always great food and drinks.Served to us by friendly staff.Who really added something to the hotel.Entertainment on 3 evenings(singers) who were good.Everyone staying here looked to be enjoying themselves whether they were families or couples.Also a small supermarket selling anything we needed.We go home tomorrow and would definitely come back here.
