Comida buffet con gran variedad de alimentos. Vimos dos espectaculos nocturnos, el de rock estuvo genial pero otro estilo indie dejo mucho que desear

To start to the review I’d give a big warning not to attend this hotel. Food hygiene is clearly not a priority or consideration in anyway with this hotel. My partner had terrible food poisoning and was up sick all night following eating at the Hotel buffet and was poorly for days after. We heard numerous other people vomiting from other rooms (assuming due to food poisoning also) and multiple other reviews have complained about having got food poisoning from the hotel food clearly showing it wasn’t an isolated incident. Unfortunately we didn’t listen or read these reviews and have paid the price. So for your own sake do not attend this hotel. To make things worse when alerting the reception about the food poisoning they acted very rude and didn’t even apologise. Upon complaining to our holiday provider, the provider called and the hotel told them we should go down to reception to ask to be catered for our dietary preferences - I don’t think not having food poisoning is a dietary requirement. No compensation offered. The room was spacious and nicely located only issue is there are a lot of little ants in the room and could do with another couple of pillows for the bed. Room was cleaned daily and bed made. You’re given two bottles of water on arrival which you need to refill at stations around the hotel. Towels are provided (left in your room, though ours wasn’t so had to collect from reception), and you can swap them for fresh ones for the cost of 1 euro. Hotel lobby was really nice, pool lovely, bar staff great, good drinks (tropical beer, slushy cocktails). Lots of sun beds to choose from and great animation team. The animation team regularly come around and hand out cocktails whilst you’re on the sun bed and one day there was live music out by the pool. Evening entertainment was really good and different each night. Ultimately the hotel excelled in a lot of aspects but the food is unforgivable and not something anyone should risk. I wanted to give an honest picture of the hotel so included the good parts however I would like to reiterate - do not attend this hotel. Might seem good briefly until you’re violently sick which will happen.

Amazing pool area. The large pool isn't heated but it was warm enough to swim in. Plenty of sunbeds. Stayed in a suite which was nice and spacious but a bit dated and worn. The bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi bath was old with grime around the edges, but I wouldn't have used it anyway. Great pressure from the shower. Plenty of food choices but anything that was not cooked whilst you wait was cold which was very annoying as it limits what you can eat. Bar area is too canteen style. It could do with a few plants and nicer seating. On the whole I enjoyed my stay, but the cold food would stop me making a return visit.

If relaxation and great food with beautiful views this is your place.Right overlooking the beautiful beach and coves. Its very clean and the staff work very hard to help your stay be comfortable and joyful. It has a large German and Dutch clients.Im English and felt very relaxed and safe as a solo female traveller.Im only mentioning large German client list so bring a phrase book would be a good idea to socialise more if that's what you want.I will definitely be going again miles if beautiful beaches on doorstep and beautiful well maintained ground with water features.Spanish people are here too of course.Nothing bad to say from me.

Just back from a fantastic stay. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. The room was great with fantastic views. Rooms were cleaned every day and topped up with plenty of bottled water daily. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool, cocktails by the pool were strong! Staff were pleasant and there was a good variety of food. Perfect for a chilled few days away

This hotel is lovely dated but they are working on it right now to update the rooms there are a few Biggleswade that I’d put right it would be one of the best let’s start with the positive Animation staff are fantastic ed was a great bloke they all work really hard and very friendly . Bar staff Jonathan in the pool bar great bloke must dingle him out but all the bar waiting staff are amazing and a real boon to the hotel Rooms Large dated but comfy beds Only one English Channel on the tv though it states 4 Cleaning ladies are fantastic can’t do enough for you Hotel pools are large plenty of beds although not heated you can just about get in it hotel ground are immaculate as is the reception area Now the not so good Food it’s not 4* it’s a 2 at best we go 3-4 times a year on holiday and this was the worst I’ve had but the soup was great and the desserts tasted as they should everything else was cold with long queues salads were good I actually lost 4lb in 8 nights You can find something to eat don’t get me wrong and some of the food was good but cold beer is good coffee is good when the machine is working again queues as only one machine Spirits cocktails etc don’t bother the alcoholic slushes are nice at the pool bar There’s no tea coffee facility in the room so sitting on the balcony with a brew is impossible to me this place feels like it’s run by accountants everything seems cut to the bone But this is just our take on it It’s only a few steps from being really good it’s a shame the cut corners are to us part of our holiday experience would we return I’m not sure

We had a great week. Food all what you expect from All Inclusive. Good choice. Hotel facilities and grounds were lovely. We said what a ‘calm’ atmosphere it felt. Walking distance to beaches. We had great weather the time we were here. If anything the hotel a little tired in places, but it didn’t make any difference to us. Staff were friendly, entertainment was good. We would return. We hired a car for the first two days and it was great exploring the whole island. Then spent the remainder of the time at the hotel and nearby beaches.

5135 Room with a sea view, comfortable beds pillows long and flat. The hotel is massive clean and well kept The pools were cold, and nothing special. Dinner is at 6.30 which is quite late for us, loads of choice and beautifully presented, but don't expect it all to be hot, because of the choice some stuff is just warm. Most is low cost meats, chicken which didn't look cooked well enough, goat, rabbit liver and pork. We had one good night, but the other two were average, and what we did try was very bland. Breakfast was nice, again not hot, and the snack bar wasn't great, though nice drinks. The staff were friendly, but the people, didn't speck, some very rude, pushing you out of the way to get food, very greedy people. For this reason, we would not return.
