O quarto estava confortável.

Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos.
Este hotel fica um bocadinho longe do centro mas se tens carro então isto não será um problema.

I just came back from this "hotel". No swimming pool: The reason I went there was to join the wonderful swimming pool you can see on the picture. The pool is now completely abandoned since at least May 2018 (according to google maps)... They do have now another swimming pool that resembles a water tank, but it's for kidos. I asked the staff when the big swimming pool closed and she said "because of corona", so we would feel sorry - but that is not true since at least in May 2018 it was already abandoned. Problems with the rooms: I had to charge my phone in the toilet, since there was a severe lack of electrical plugs in the room. There are simply too many wardrobs and the electrical switches in the walls are very confusing. Problems with the beds: The "double bed" was two old single beds joined together. They were U shaped and the pillows were about the worst I have encountered.

Unbelievable, how INATEL left the pool space abandoned, in total degradation, was unable to grant a concession, abandoned its own facilities. It was such a pleasant space and, almost unique in the south bank area, considering that we have a coastline of beaches, no one bets on a swimming pool. Pity!

A place to never return to! Room on the ground floor with a door literally opening onto the road! Either that or to circulate the air only with the shutter closed and it felt like being in prison with no natural light! There is no access to the beach.. we have to walk in the middle of the road.. they built the event room above the rooms and the restaurant for guests far away!! Guests are the poor relations in the restaurant because they are cooped up in one room while the other is for groups of young people! A crazy noise at every meal!!! Tiny pool...holidays to forget! I have never cried for my money so much as in this horrible unit!!

Hotel bom, a zona das refeições é num edifício separado, em dias que o tempo não esteja tão agradável torna se chato, mas é só um pormenor. Durante os dias que lá estivemos havia sempre animação depois do jantar. Pequeno almoço bom. O buffet de jantar não tem muita variedade comparando com outros hotéis INATEL que já estivemos, mas a comida foi sempre boa. A zona da piscina é agradável, mas a piscina das crianças fica muito cedo à sombra, pelo menos na altura do ano que fomos (final de agosto). Hotel muito bom para famílias com crianças. Praia relativamente perto do hotel, e caso se vá de carro tem estacionamento gratuito.
