Stayed for a night to attend a concert 5 mins away from the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable

The room was a bit outdated compared to the lobby and the parking is way over priced. When we got back to our car the garage was flooded. Other than that, very friendly service and the balcony in the room was great.

The receptionist is very enthusiastic and friendly, the room price is quite good compared to the service and surrounding area, the parking lot has 2 sides, the highest above and the lowest below, which are built underground, so be careful not to have to run many times to find a parking space!

A perfect stay. It's a 15-minute walk to South Coast Plaza. The room is comfortable and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. There is a Starbucks downstairs.
