"The location is convenient, shopping and eating are very close, the room is clean and tidy, and the service staff are warm and thoughtful. I will choose this hotel again next time. It was a very good experience"
"The hotel offers an airport pick-up service, but it is recommended to call the front desk. Because the airport is small, the hotel shuttle does not always run between the airport and the hotel. The service is good, the room space is relatively large, but it seems that there is no bottled water in the room."
"Let me start with the hotel's advantages: Great location! Just opposite the South Coast Shopping Center, it's super convenient for eating and shopping, and it's perfect for jet lag in the US.
Disadvantages: The hotel randomly charged my bank card, sometimes for deposit, sometimes for self-parking fee (as a tourist I didn't drive), I checked out today but saw another $135 deduction from my bank card tonight. Fortunately, I was careful to check the details with the front desk before checking out and kept the balance. Dear friends, please remember to go to the front desk to get the bill when checking out, don't express check out."
"Upon arrival, the hotel could not find the booking... quite a struggle with a trip to sort this out and it has now been 10 days, still not resolved. I had to pay again at the hotel. I receive an email from trip every day saying we are still sorting it out but still paid twice. Hotel is good and clean, good service and nice staff."
"Very good 👍
It is relatively cost-effective in Los Angeles.
And it's close to the shopping mall. It's very convenient for eating and shopping.
The mall has a festive atmosphere
Service: The service is also great. The lobby is very warm and the service is very considerate. Check-in is smooth."

Good
PPhaedra HofmannHotel was roomy-we were on a quick overnight trip for a nearby race, and it served its purpose. We had a bit of a scare when a neighboring guest from the floor below was pounding on our door at 515 in the AM, demanding to see who we were and claiming we were pounding on the floor. We called the front desk, and Jose (working night shift) was our knight in shining armor. He not only asked the guest to go back to his room, but waiting until he left, and came back to escort us out safely to our car before the race.
DDel ShengThe motel on the highway side of the road is noisy and the room facilities are very general, so it is cheaper. The size of the room is OK, the problem of resting for one night is not big, and the requirements are high to give up as soon as possible.
GGuest UserA perfect stay. It's a 15-minute walk to South Coast Plaza. The room is comfortable and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. There is a Starbucks downstairs. There is a huge Japanese supermarket behind the hotel. There is also the famous local beef tongue rice. It is really convenient and cost-effective.
YyangdtVery satisfied! Nice environment and convenient parking. There is a swimming pool in the middle, which is not open in winter. Although the Western-style breakfast buffet is simple, it is also very satisfying, with milk, yogurt, bread and fruit. Very cost-effective.
IIsaiah CI booked this hotel however I made sure I pressed a pay at hotel option. Meaning you guys Shiism y have charged my card unless I physically used it in person. The motel 6 wouldn’t let me stay there because They refused to accept a printed out copy. So I never Checked in or agreed to pay for the room and I need a refund back ASAP
TTutu MarThis place might need to inspect their rooms for bugs or something because there was dead bugs on bed and black spots on bed sheets and blankets and also clean showers better!
RRaynabooked this room for our vacation room was nice and clean, we ate out for breakfast but it was offered thru hotel the room was very spacious and comfortable, housekeeping kept us stocked with supplies toiletries, coffee, Garbage bags, clean towels etc we enjoyed our stay thank you!
SSIYUNThe facilities are relatively old, and it is depressing to take a smoking room. Although a passenger in the front did not smoke, it was rather a smoking room. The smell of the door opened a lot.
Breakfast was lame and would not stay again a second time!
RRobinsonThe room was pretty nice, although there were cigarette burns in the comforter. We stayed in a ”non-smoking” room. The night front desk attendant seemed to be very rude. Also I don't believe there is an actual working A/C in the room. Just a regular old light switch that says on/off, I included a picture. We kept said switch on all night and still was extremely hot. If the A/C had been working, this would have been a pleasurable stay.
