Had a fabulous holiday at this superb hotel - food was excellent, hotel clean and tidy- staff friendly, hard working and courteous. Located a short walk (5mins) from the unspoilt beach and promenade that takes you to the town. A few local bars (we were a bit out of season so not always open) but friendly and reasonably priced. Great place to see birds - flamingoes flying over morning and night, Iberian magpies, hoopoes, storks to name but a few …..highlight of the holiday was a seeing dolphins along the beach - fantastic! If you are looking for a get away from it all holiday with the home comforts of a very nice hotel this is the place for you - not ‘touristy’ just peace and quiet. We had a lovely holiday and we will return.

The hotel was wery nice and the staff work wery fast whith check in and the rome was wery nice and clean. . The dinner was absolut perfeck and breakfast was good, Nice and clean pool. Absolut perfeckt The staff was good educayted.My wife and i will come back to this hotel

My recent stay at Esteval Cristina in Spain has been incredibly disappointing. Our room temperature was a sweltering 27 degrees Celsius, as confirmed by a thermometer brought in by the hotel's engineer. Even he acknowledged that it was too hot. When we approached the reception to address this issue, the male receptionist was extremely unhelpful and aggressive. He refused to provide his name or the general manager's contact details, making the situation even more frustrating. Fortunately, another female staff member eventually intervened and gave us the general manager's name, Mr. Ponce. The unprofessional and hostile behavior of the male receptionist was unacceptable and severely marred our stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

Writing this review because I’m being kept awake by extremely loud entertainment in the bar area at 11:30pm. I contacted the desk and they said that they would lower the volume… they have not. We’ve been travelling all day and need the rest. ***

Great hotel, very well located and just a few minutes away from the beach. Quiet and with a very pleasant outdoor area, with a fantastic pool. All the staff are super friendly and the atmosphere at this hotel turns out to be super familiar. The restaurant is great and there is a lot of variety. With several entertainment activities, the animators Emílio and Lola are absolutely fantastic. We will certainly return.
