Apartment, situated within the Playa Bastian area, a front line residential site ideal for families and couples. Casas Verdes has private communal pools, only accessible by residents. The apartment and complex has WIFI. The Playa Bastian complex itself has 4 swimming pools in total, 2 with pool bars. A sandy beach with facilities is 200 metres away, no roads to cross. There are several restaurants, bars, banks and shops nearby. The centre of Costa Teguise with more shops/beaches is a 10 min walk along a wide paved promenade (beautiful views). The promenade stretches for approx 2 miles across both sides of Costa Teguise, a beautiful walk at any time of the day. It even has exercise machines for anyone to use (see photo!). There’s a regular bus into the capital, Arrecife. Other parts of the island can be visited from there by bus too. The airport is only 20 mins away by taxi. Great holiday in lovely apartment
The apartment had everything we needed for a great 10 days in Costa Teguise. Well equipped and comfortable. Just a short walk down to the beach/promenade and around 10 minutes into the centre of Costa Teguise. Also plenty restaurants/bars in the immediate area.

Peaceful & perfect for a family
Apartment was as listed, it was much bigger than I was expecting which was nice!! Super easy check in instructions & apartment was lovely & clean. Perfect location. Pool area was very quiet & peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you :)

Playa Bastian, a lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at this property and Catherine was a very helpful host and accommodated all the questions I had. The apartment has everything you need to travel light, it is spacious and is well placed for a lovely small beach equipped with sunbeds (12 Euros per 3 beds and parasol), WC and shower and for the main town. We hired a car and this was fantastic, we got a little lost finding the actual complex but we found it in the end. The newly fitted kitchen is lovely and has almost everything you need for self catering, I would recommend a bread knife and some other knives other than steak knives.
Whilst the apartment does not have AC using the windows at the front and back creates a lovely draft along with the stand alone fan.
The patio is lovely and has a prime spot for the pool area which again is lovely and has plenty of sunbeds for use.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the only criticism would be that it is a little outdated other than the kitchen.
We would recommend this apartment.

Great little apartment for two
We had a lovely week in this apartment - our 3rd visit! Very clean and well equipped for a week in the sun. Location is excellent for a quiet and relaxing holiday but with all facilities close by. Plenty of restaurants to try and small supermarkets. Beautiful pool area well kept, as is the whole site. Easy parking. We love the place!
