Bluesea Costa Teguise Gardens

Currently staying here block A. It's an absolutely fantastic hotel and great value for money! Staff can't do. Enough for you were only here for 3 nights. This is our first day. Stayed here before and honestly the pools great. Entertainment is wonderful. And the staff are exceptional. I don't know what people are moaning about on these reviews.

Pool closes at 6pm which is too early for summer time!Pool should close at 7p.m. instead! Food was ok, can't complain. The food selection can not be everyone's taste but for us is okay! Pool has no water circulation system which is manually cleaning by the staff. Almost every show night you must play Bingo, BORING there is no any other activities made by entertainment before or after bingo as declared as on entertainment program! Poor entertainment which is only available in the morning between 9 am to 11 am. (2hours) Sauna, Jacuzzi/Spa room is permanently closed. Entertainment staff lives inside spa room instead. Rooms are large and nice for a 3 stars hotel as this a "apart" hotel. However there is no stable pressure on water, water turns very hot for a few seconds several times during shower that burnt my body! Location is good, just 15 minutes walk to Teguise town centre. I would suggest you to rent a car which is much much cheaper than paying 50 quid to a taxi from Playa Del Carmen to Teguise at night if you don't drink alcohol much! Ping pong and gym room is still available. Tennis and basketball courts needs immediate maintenance!! There is no sparkling water at hotel. You must drink coke, sprite, fanta, beer az fizzy drinks. I prefer sparkling water instead and this must supply by the hotel management. I advise you to stay at Block C which is very central. "All inclusive" service finishes at 11 pm at night. FYI

lovely staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Always greeted with a smile. Virginia and Samara at reception have definitely gone the extra mile for us. Dylan on the bar was really happy and lovely to chat with. Hotel staff always seem happy which is refreshing. As with most resorts in the Canaries decor is a little dated. All in all very happy and good value for money. Great location too!

Very good for a budget all inclusive stay. .. Room C205 had a good view over the pool area. Situated approx 1 mile from beach and town centre. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby...Food and drink is very good..............................

Had a good stay staff are great all work really hard. Definitely understaffed though. Food is ok, very limited in choice but something for everyone. Rooms are very dated and have seen they have been painted aswell as paint on the curtains. Rooms are not serviced everyday.Showers are not great. One entertainment guy trying to do activities during the day, then doing mini disco (all of 3 songs) and bingo, quiz. So dont expect much in the evenings. We had no problem getting sunbeds. Not the best 3 star hotel, more like a 2 star. But you get what you pay for. Has potential to be a great hotel, but a lick of paint isn't going to do that. Loved Lanzarote but will stay elsewhere.

Honest Review For Our 10 Night Stay at This Hotel.. Would I go back there..... probably not. Here are the good points..... The staff were all friendly and helpful The rooms are spacious and we had a large balcony with a decent view The food was good (my wife is a vegetarin - but there was always plenty of choice). I liked the wine, although there is no rose available anywhere in the hotel. Nice easy walk (15 mins) down into the village where there are plenty of nice bars / restaurants. Great beaches nearby Overall a nice area to stay in. Hotel entertainment was always fine for us And the not so good......... No wifi in the room Phone to call reception - doesnt work....again not really a big issue There is no air-con (we did know this when we booked - so again, not a big issue, as you can open the front door and the balcony door and there is a nice through draft - but only during the day....so nights are hot in the room). THE BIGGEST PROBLEM....cleanliness Room is only cleaned every second day - not a huge problem, but the level of cleaning is not great. We arrived to find a used small butter tub clearly visible under one of the units and a plaster stuck to the coffee table - they remained there for our 10 night stay ! There are a lot of flies by the poolside and seating areas - I read about this prior to booking, and thought - come on....it can't be that bad...... But as the poolside seating and sunbeds were never cleaned, it is a haven for them. The sunbeds are filthy, and as they were not cleaned during our stay here, you had to lie or sit on someone elses sweat and suncream. There is a lack of parasols around the poolside - never seen so many people with sunburn on any holiday I've ever been on. The few parasols provided, are fixed to the ground, so cannot be placed elsewhere. Overall, the lack of cleanliness was disappointing - at least clean the poolside areas and seating guys !!
