Very reasonably priced hotel, friendly owner and staff, should be a 4 star hotel rather than 3 star in my opinion.

The hotel is beautiful and also includes a restaurant and a bar/tobacconist. The rooms contain all the desired comforts. The breakfast is excellent. If I really have to find some flaws: for the check out before 8.30 there is no one so if you have to leave early it is better to pay the night before. The connection in the village is non-existent and the wifi does not reach the rooms. The village in the evening does not offer much. A bar, a pizzeria, a grocery store and nothing more while during the day there are infinite possibilities and excursions nearby

All the staff are committed, friendly and helpful (owner, partner and 3 minor children), as well as two cleaners and room attendants. The floor structure is old. Many rooms lack safety supports. Activities declared at the time of booking are not guaranteed. The presence of a nurse and social health worker to assist elderly people is excellent. The location lacks attractions. The hotel location is inconvenient for elderly people or those with walking difficulties. The provision of catering services is very questionable and aimed at saving time and money, without respecting the guests' times. The food is decent, but the daily menu proposal is "innovative". A stopover between Milan and Lake Como, a nice surprise! Well located, it is an admirable family establishment. We didn't really want to leave. The atmosphere is very warm and professional. Fixed stop in the valley to taste the best casoncelli with pancetta ever eaten. Good prices (first courses €11/desserts €5/6) with a choice of local and good wines. Excellent service. Also hotel and in addition to a convenient parking nearby it has a small slide with train for children
