This is without a doubt a great place to stay. Everyone, from the manager down, helped us with anything we needed. They have the best breakfasts, not the same everyday, Seasoned potatoes and eggs, chorizo with one or both, multiple pastries, cold whole or 2% milk, same juices but never a bland breakfast. We will definitely return

For short notice this hotel was awesome. From check in to out was delightful. Front desk was nice and friendly and hotel was pet friendly aswell. I will be using this location for future use and to host small gatherings.

Con: elevator was dirty, parts of the hallway was dirty the desk, chair, night stand and dresser top had dust. Inside the fridge food crumbs. Tiles on entry was sticky. Breafast was a taco and juice. Pro: Friendly staff But to be fair they were understaffed and working hard to make it better, trying to get more staff and plans are to bring back the breakfast bar.

This location charged me for a pillow they say I stole/was missing. I never took a pillow! The manager (Stephanie) called me on my personal phone after I left a bad review on my experience on Google and harassed me to take it down or she wouldn’t refund my money! Shady business practices and the hotel is t in good shape anyway. No breakfast, hallways and common area were FILTHY!

I decided to go with this hotel because the rating was good but when we got there the hotel looked all the opposite, not clean, NO BREAKFAST instead they had burritos to go which were cold and not good and capri sun to drink overall I was not satisfied with our stay.

This hotel does accept pets. The room we had was large but carpeted. Room has microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Nice area out back if you have a dog that needs a run. Grab and go breakfast. Really great fish and chip place a two minute walk away. The worse thing was that the window leaked so mold was growing on the sill. We were beside an exit door so could hear people coming in and out. Staff very helpful and friendly. Overall was okay. Would go back but not to that room.
