I took advantage of a discounted Caesar’s Rewards rate to reduce expenses on a recent business trip. The check-in was smooth and the room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The ****** staff was very pleasant and made for some enjoyable game play. My only negative was that the room did not have a desk to set up and work for a bit. There was only a sitting chair and side table neither of which were conducive to a laptop set up.

Got a remodeled room. Very clean lines. New beds and actual good pillows.Nicely remodeled bathrooms.I stay here frequently and the front desk always makes sure you get everything you need.Dyan and Sandy at the front desk are the best.They now have shampoo,conditioner body wash dispensers in the shower.Wish they had more than 1 chair in the room.They have coffee pots and a fridge in the room.They also have a microwave behind the front desk in their gift shop.

Tried to check in, but they didn't have the reservations, asked if there were any rooms available and was told no, we are sold out. Had to wait for other family members, so we went online and guess what, they had rooms available???? Made reservations and went back in, they then found a connecting room. Amazing. Later checked on the rooms and 1 was for only one night and the other for 2 nights. So I went down to the front desk and was told there were no rooms available for the next night, so one couple would have to check out. Went back to the room and again checked online and would you believe it, they had rooms available for the next night also, but it wouldn't let me reserve it because I was already there. Rather than go down again and listen to the lies, I waited until in the morning and Lisa at the front desk took care of everything.

We were disappointed .. beer 8 bucks for very small glass.. room smelled funny and we were charged a fee for booking

We are always so happy to stay at Harrah's! I am mobility impaired and the hotel staff and ****** staff are awesome, so very helpful and attentive to my extra needs!

Thanks again for the great customer service! Love the rooms! Always clean and just love coming and visiting the ****** and my favorite restaurant with the great views!! I'd give 5 stars but I have to bring my own pillow along- the pillows are so weird! Can't wait to go back!!
