Both rooms are large and airy with windows opening onto the garden.On the ground floor: entrance overlooking the garden and terrace. A laundry area is laid out there (washing machine, dryer, ironing) The terrace is protected by a canopy, it serves as a dining area with summer kitchen. The garden offers a relaxing area with lounge chairs and an aboveground pool 7.35m long x 3.75m wide (secured ladder for children) with sunbeds. It is a very intimate space, sunny, fully enclosed, where you will enjoy friendly moments. The children will be safe there to indulge in their games.A large private garage completes this home; it opens in the entrance. Bicycles are available as well as children's games.
