They will delight train enthusiasts as they are very close to Grosmont Station, which is home to the North York Moors Railway, you may see trains chuffing past the windows of the cottage, but mostly the trains are parked alongside. There is a two bedroom and a one bedroom cottage which can be rented together for a larger group booking. This charming character two bedroomed cottage has recently been completely re decorated and re-furbished and is now contemporary, light and air whilst retaining its cosy vibe. It is situated next to the steam train station in the popular village of Grosmont. This cottage is all on the ground floor, has a cosy sitting room with a stone fireplace, all mod cons and lots of character. It can be used in conjunction with one bedroomed Three Trees Cottage next door. The cottage is a only a two minute walk from all the local amenities that Grosmont has to offer, a pub with great food: The Station Tavern four cafe/tearooms, an art gallery with a fabulous and funky pizza bar, a village shop which is in fact the oldest co-op in the country, a main line train service as well as the glorious steam train that chug through on a regular basis. There is easy access to a whole host of places to visit, the cottage is ideal for a family holiday.
