Tami's Hideaway is back! Tami and I were fortunate that we had the cottage to use as our "life boat" after our house was damaged by Hurricane Helene. We love this cottage. It felt like home. Now, we are so pleased that Tami's Hideaway, Weaverville, Asheville and Western North Carolina are back to receiving guests. While visiting Asheville and Western North Carolina, you must stay at Tami’s Hideaway located in the Reems Creek area of Weaverville. Tami’s Hideaway has privacy and nature and proximity to downtown Asheville & Weaverville, the Blue Ridge Parkway and all the beauty and splendor of North Carolina’s mountains. Tami’s Hideaway is set in a mountain cove far off the road giving our guests the luxury of privacy and being part of nature. The cottage is very modern and comfortable. Heating and Air Conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, 40” flat screen with YouTube TV, dedicated hi-speed Wi-Fi internet, superior king size bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ice machine, covered private parking, fire pit, concierge services and much more. You can leave your white noise machines at home. The gurgling creek in front of the cottage and the sound of the trees and wildlife around you is what you need. The seasonally changing landscape is breathtaking. Coffee or beverages on the deck makes for a great start and finish to the day. Please note: Dog hair on bedding will incur an automatic additional $50 charge per bed.Dog beds are not provided, please bring your dogs favorite, comfy bed from home.Please do not use our bath towels for your pet. The area is known for its artistic spirit and culture. We tried to capture that energy through the finishes, artwork and furniture pieces that we salvaged, repurposed and refinished for your comfort. Two guest rooms sleep up to six people and are comfortably appointed with beds and soft linens that were chosen to delight and encourage some great snuggling. Guest suite one features a queen-sized bed upholstered in a deep green velvet and a sitting area for two. Guest suite two offers a custom built-in adult sized bunk with two full beds. It’s always a big hit with kiddos. There's absolutely nothing basic about these guest suites. The main living area is a great place to kick back and read a book, relax, or enjoy the 50" smart TV after a day of exploring and hiking the many beautiful trails in the area. You can stream apps like Netflix and Hulu or use the super-fast WiFi on your mobile device.Weaverville and nearby Asheville have amazing food & beer scenes, but if you prefer to eat in, the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware necessary to make all your meals.
