The lovingly renovated original guesthouse offers 2 large bedrooms with queen size beds, a comfortable living room with a Murphy bed and a working fireplace with access to a covered outdoor dining area surrounded by a private backyard. There is a campfire area and additional outdoor seating. The property is surrounded by a stately stone wall and magnificent towering evergreen trees. The guesthouse also has a fenced-in backyard suitable for an apartment size pet (with supervision). The modern kitchen has granite counter tops and full-size appliances, appropriate pots, pans, utensils, seasonings and spices, and a useful assortment of small accessory appliances. A gas grill is provided in the front of the house, easily accessible from the kitchen. There is a small dine-in area in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, dresser, and 2 closets. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a desk for remote work. The bath has a full size-size tub with shower, and linens and towels are provided. The Living Room has a sofa, loveseat and a TV. There is a full laundry available in basement. The guesthouse has commercial enterprise-class WiFi that can dependably support multiple users and devices for streaming entertainment and video conferencing remote work.
