Free coffee in lounge. Room is well cleaned with kitchen kits. The location is convenient for office and event but difficult to find for taxi. I had to go down in front of Ibis to get a taxi. No free room service for less than 7 days stay. Be attention with the reception. I was charged twice the stay tax by an inexperienced staff, and they did not reimburse me when check out.

Great Location on the Metro 1 Line. HOWEVER, there are some horrible things.
1. The air con is not cold at all, luckily I visited in spring.
2. The shower water pressure is weak, the tempreture control is too sensitive, 1mm move became boiled water.
3. They clean the room once in 6 days. Mind blowing for a self claimed 4 star hotel.

Was there for the new year celebration with my family.Nice place to be with the family looking at the 2 rooms setup. Only challenge remains the access for food delivery and Uber. By all means Defense access is always complex.

Excellent value for money. Kitchen facilities, electric stove, mini dishwasher, dishes and cutlery are all available. It is a 5-minute walk from the No. 1 subway station and a 15-20-minute walk to La Fontaine Shopping Center.
Free coffee and tea are available in the lobby.
The downside is that there are few convenience stores nearby, and restaurants are closed on weekends. The UBER pick-up point needs to be at the entrance of Holiday Inn at the bottom of the slope, but it is not far, just around the corner down the slope. These shortcomings are still acceptable for the room price.

The hotel is in a good location on Line 1, which is quite convenient to go to the city! The CBD business district is nearby, clean and comfortable! But the door is a bit hidden, behind the Ibis Hotel.
