L'Apogée Courchevel - an Oetker Collection Hotel

We were having lunch and dinner in the hotel after we finish the lunch we were waiting for a taxi suddenly some one from the hotel came to us and say sorry you can not wait here In front of the hotel it’s only for hotel guests …strange very bad ,we were waiting in the snow Out side hotel .vere bad hospitality

The hotel is OK it’s the worst experience as a charming hotel. The service is terrible. The Concierge is the worst you can have and the shuttle service is the critical thing of the hotel. They don’t know how to be a five star hotel. They don’t know how to act they don’t know how to treat the clients.

This hotel offers the best experience possible in a town already know for upscale experiences. I came to Courchevel to relax and ski instead of shop and party, and found just what I was looking for here, and so much more. Warm staff, everyone greeting me by name, no request was denied, food superior, and most importantly, comfortable, well designed suites. I loved having two bathrooms and two separate closets so my partner and I didn’t have to share, and there was more than enough storage space for clothes and luggage, especially since ski trips we tend to pack heavy. My only suggestion would be to increase the number of shuttles, at night it becomes a bit competitive to get a ride home and the line is often busy which was annoying, albeit more than understandable. I am not sure if I will ever be back in Courchevel, but if I am, I would return here and go nowhere else.
