We spent over 2 weeks here in apartment 12 and I have to say…. the 5 star rating is well deserved! This hotel exceeded our expectations. From my first email to the hotel (and probably 50+ subsequent emails!) the service was outstanding. Once we arrived… ask a question on What’s App? Get a reply in minutes. Ask for more firewood? Get it delivered in minutes and with a smile. Really incredible. The apartments are well appointed. Fireplace, kitchen, refrigerator, comfortable beds, excellent linens, great shower pressure. We ate in the restaurant and had food delivered several nights. The chef is outstanding. We loved every dish. The location could not be better with a 5’ walk to the gondola and a 10’ walk to town. The ski room is centrally located with boot warmers - nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed the Wellness Center - sauna, steam room, cold waterfall shower, warm pool. Such a nice way to end the day after skiing. They have onsite parking for a fee but there is public parking right across the street for free. 5’ walk through the underpass. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great Courmayeur hotel experience! We look forward to returning soon.

We stayed in petite chalet #2. The layout was great for a family of four. I felt nice to have everything included in the room rate like laundry and uncovered parking. The location was very convenient for someone with a rental car. You didn’t need to negotiate any of the small streets to park, but yet you could walk behind the property to get to town. The bed was extremely firm and the staff had a feather bed topper brought to the room. Made the remaining nights very comfortable! We appreciated the great service and relaxed atmosphere

We stayed 8 nights in August 2022 as 2 adults and 2 children. The chalet we stayed at was very comfortable and clean, right fit for our family. The patio was lovely. The hotel staff was very helpful. While we were staying, there was no water supply across Courmayeur because of a landslide that took place in Val Ferret. Hotel management did their best to minimize the negative impact and continously tried to find solutions to provide water supply. The location is great to walk to the city center but there is a continous car noise as the hotel is closed to the road. That was the only issue but rest was perfect!

Staying at Au Coeur des Neiges is like transporting yourself into one of those lovely traditional Christmas cards with snowy landscapes, beautiful old buildings, and twinkling warm lights. The chalets and rooms are charm personified but make no mistake they have all the modern creature comforts that you would expect. Wonderful staff, a great restaurant, a stunning pool and 5 minutes walk from the main ski lift. Hard to beat. Thank you to the team for a great stay.

Just stayed for 3 nights at Au Coeur Des Neiges in Courmayeur. The hotel is wonderful and the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. My wife mislaid her Passport and the hotel went far beyond what they needed to do to help us find it - which we did!! A great place to stay and I very much hope to return soon!!

Our family of 6 stayed a week over Christmas in the beautiful hotel. We stayed in chalet No7 and it was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of room and a cozy fireplace. The staff could not have been more helpful. We told staff that we found the beds too hard on the first night which was immediately fixed with no fuss and a bunch of mattress toppers straight away. Christmas dinner in a private room for 13 people (extended friends) was an absolute highlight. The wellness centre was superb and the location is unbeatable. Only a few minutes walk to the main gondola and an easy stroll into town with plenty of shops along the way and a supermarket very close by. Perfect for Christmas!

Ho trascorso qualche giorno di relax in questo luogo davvero incantevole e caratteristico. Ci si sente in un luogo delle favole per la bellezza del paesaggio e la struttura. Non posso che spendere buone parole da vari punti di vista. Il cibo molto buono con prodotti freschi. Gli chalet puliti. Il personale disponibile. Unico neo: i riscaldamenti relativamente al fatto che non erano del tutto automatici per cui bisognava chiedere di regolarli alla reception e alcune volte la temperatura era troppo alta o bassa. È già la seconda volta che torno in questa struttura e sicuramente tornerò ancora. Consigliato.

Tornati oggi da un fine settimana stupendo in questo resort. Immerso nel verde e veramente molto curato. Chalet bellissimo, eravamo in 6 e siamo stati larghi... C'è dentro tutto e di più. Sabato sera abbiamo usufruito della cena servita in chalet.... Tutto buonissimo, veramente complimenti allo chef e alla ragazza dello staff che ci ha portato le portate scelte sotto la pioggia. Spa curata e pulita, si stava veramente bene (però eravamo veramente in pochi) Vicinissimo all' impianto di risalita e 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Courmayeur. Sicuramente torneremo.
