Stayed here with friends for a long weekend ski trip. The location was perfect as it was less than a 10 min walk to the ski lift and 20 min walk to the town for the evenings. The hotel was quite and cozy, the service was great. Nicolo at the front desk was very helpful in attending to us and answering all of our questions. On request, Fabrizio gave us a late check out for our evening flight which we were very thankful for. The breakfast was amazing and fresh and something we looked forward to each day. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for on our trip and would come back and stay again.

A small and unpretentious welcoming little family run hotel, the beds where comfortable and the room was very clean. the perfect value for money hotel, great continental breakfast with multiple cakes baked fresh every day by a lovely lady called Suzy, A very kind host, Fabrizio , who made us feel welcome and helped with any needs we had, Nicolo at the front desk would book us a table for the evenings dinner in any restaurant we desired and was also very helpful with any of our needs for example providing an Italian plug on request, not to forget the great location for skiing barely 100 meters from the cable car up to the main ski area (arguably the best location for skiers in Courmayer),fantastic hotel would recommend this to anyone especially skiers.

Stayed here for a ski weekend with 5 dads from London. Very reasonably priced. Very Italian, mountain brown style. Very friendly helpful staff running the hotel. Nice continental breakfast, lovely lady sorting out the coffees, not quite sure she’s forgiven me for ordering 3 cappuccinos one morning. Great at recommending restaurants for the evening. If your a princess, this hotel is probably not for you. We enjoyed our stay, easy ski nearby. Apre ski was much better than our normal trip to France.

Hotel confortevole nel suo complesso. Pulizia impeccabile e buona manutenzione, tanto da minimizzare l’effetto di un arredo non giovanissimo. Colazione adeguata, alla quale aggiungerei yogurt sfuso. Forse un po’ caro, ma il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole e ci torneremmo. Da sottolineare la gentilezza del personale

Il servizio e la disponibilità dei ragazzi al bar, in sala colazione e alla reception sono eccellenti. Massima disponibilità, cortesia, educazione e professionalità! Parcheggio comodo. Tuttavia, considerando il prezzo, gli altri servizi sono scadenti. Wi-Fi debole, due lettini anziché un letto matrimoniale peraltro scomodi, bagno vetusto e doccia obsoleta.

Ho trascorso una notte presso l'Hotel Ottoz a Courmayeur da sola mentre il mio ragazzo affrontava la scalata del Monte Bianco. Oltre alla straordinaria pulizia, alla comodità delle stanze provviste di ogni cosa necessaria a rilassarsi (doccia, asciugacapelli, tv e scrivania) devo elogiare soprattutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell'intero staff e della direttrice. Il mio check-out, previsto per le 10:30 è stato posticipato di un'ora per via di una chiamata di lavoro e il receptionist è stato così gentile da farmi fare la chiamata nella tranquillità della stanza. Inoltre, lo staff mi ha permesso di trattenermi in reception mentre attendevo che il mio ragazzo tornasse a Courmayeur, cosa non scontata dato che per le condizioni meteo ha fatto svariate ore di ritardo. L'hotel è poco distante dal centro di Courmayeur, che è perfettamente raggiungibile a piedi. Nei dintorni della struttura è anche presente un buon ristorante, raggiungibile con una passeggiata di un paio di minuti. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente per la nostra prossima vacanza a Courmayeur!
