Anna behind the bar was a pleasure to deal with, great service, very friendly smile and superb at her job, certainly recommend this bar in the hotel to all. There was also a great selection of beers and great location for the station, its a must go

Other than the location (on the University of Warwick campus itself) the hotel is at best like a Premier Inn or other such budget hotel. It feels and looks like a dorm. One note to anyone walking from campus to hotel: there is no direct access from Arts Centre plaza. You have to walk all the way around business school to access car park. This was very inconvenient in the rain as it added a 5 mins walk. The room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom sink was clogged when I checked in. Resolved the next day (though the first answer I received when asking for repair was that I may have to move). On second night the hearing went out; housekeeping brought a small radiator heater… no repairman came, however. Resolved the next day. The food was cafeteria quality (both breakfast and dining room). I recommend eating elsewhere. Bar was ok, but not great. Overall, I would recommend a different hotel for the price, and taking a cab to campus. Sorry

One night stay in a superior premium room with queen bed. Great location just off motorway. Car parking free to hotel guests. Friendly and welcoming lady on reception. Room was clean and comfortable and slept really well with no noise disturbance at all. Had an evening meal and breakfast. Food was good and restaurant was clean and spacious. What really made our stay so remarkable was the fantastic staff. A very polite young man who goes by the name of “T” (he said his name was too long and difficult to remember) was working in both the bar and restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was always smiling and he never stopped working. The lovely man in charge of the restaurant for the night was called Fadika. He was so professional and attentive. Again, nothing was too much trouble for him and he genuinely wanted guests to have the best experience possible. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. Excellent value for money and great service.

We were able to check in at 3.00pm. Room was very nice, slippers and robes provided and the tea/coffee facilities had the added benefit of a coffee machine. Bed was very comfy and warm with lovely pillows. Breakfast was good. Everything there that you would expect, cooked well and hot. We were a little disappointed though on the morning of departure when we attempted to get the lift down to reception only to find when it arrived that the maids trolley had been placed in there so we had to use the stairs. This caused a problem for my husband who suffers with his hip. Secondly, on leaving we were not informed that the barrier was open. We saw the sign in the car park saying we needed to get a token from reception, so we drove back and went in to reception to ask, only to be informed we didn’t need one. It would have been helpful to have had this information on checkout. Other than this everything else was good

The hotel arranged for me a room with barrier-free facilities, which was not very hygienic and made us uncomfortable. There is no air-conditioning in the room, only a fan. The UK is a bit unbearable when it encounters a severe summer.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel whilst we were visiting family. The location was great for us as it is right next to the motorway. Check in was easy, we think the receptionist name was Lorraine, she was friendly helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable everything you would need. We went for breakfast around 09.30 which was fantastic, great variety of food which was all fresh, we requested omelettes from the chef and she made them just how we like them. The waitress which said she was the supervisor was abit too over helpful and would not leave us alone. We think her name was Mary-anne but she had red hair. My wife seemed to be a little unimpressed as the waitress seemed to be flirting with alot of the men including myself which made us both feel uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice stay and we will be back in the future.
