"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants, which made it easy to move around. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day, and the environment was quiet and comfortable for rest. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety of food options. The quality and taste were satisfying. One of the best parts of my stay was the staff service. All the staff members were polite, friendly, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. The rooftop swimming pool was also a great place to relax and enjoy some leisure time. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar and would love to stay here again in the future."

"The rooms were spacious, but unfortunately, we were assigned a twin bed room despite booking a king bed room, and the hotel was unable to accommodate our request due to being fully booked. The hotel's location and amenities were satisfactory, meeting our expectations. However, we encountered significant difficulties in communicating with the hotel staff via phone, as the provided contact numbers were not being answered. After numerous attempts, including contacting them through alternative numbers listed on their Facebook page, we were eventually able to schedule the complimentary airport pickup service. **Please note that foreign guests may face additional challenges in reaching the hotel staff.**"

"Suite rooms. Only good thing this hotel offers. However, room lighting was quite bad, not every time you want dim lighting in your room. Breakfast: complimentary but horrible. Salty foods. Dessert section was like 0/10, the servers roam around with fried eggs and asks if the customers want any egg. Overall, it can be said that, this hotel has not kept any good chef and they really don't care about their food. They only are proud about their suite rooms, spa, swimming pool (more like a big tub). Service: one of the 2 female front desk employee (without glasses) was really nice and professional. There was another one bearded guy who I think doesn't know he is in the hospitality sector. On the checkout day, I called the reception and told to take my luggage, he said okay. Then 15 minutes, no one bothered to come. I then took the luggage myself to the lobby and asked the servers about it, they seemed like they were not told to take my luggage. And the whole conversation was heard by the bearded guy at the front desk, he didn't even care to bother. I personally told him about the issue as well and he totally ignored the fact and not a single "sorry" came out of his mouth. Room service was good enough as per what we asked for. The security guards were quite nice and friendly. The guards are not directly involved with the customers in terms of services, still they are doing a great job. Others can learn from them. Swimming pool: you cannot just make a big tub and call it a swimming pool to increase your star rating of the hotel! Last but not the least: the main door of the room didn't have any manual security lock to do from the inside! Like, the room service already got all the keys fo the rooms for themselves, and anyone of them can easily enter the room while we are still in the room! At least the bedroom got a separated locking system!"

I came to Bangladesh for my vacation and visited Cox's Bazar with my family and stayed at The Cox today Hotel from 19/5/2026 to 22/5/2026 (Room No. 3008). The hospitality of everyone from the security gate of the hotel really impressed us. The swimming pool was a pleasant environment for the children. Mr. Rubel was really impressed with his hospitality during breakfast. Everything was fine but the TV in the room was of an old model. I hope they will organize a new generation TV. We hope to stay at this hotel again in the future."
