A very enjoyable lunch today to celebrate a special family occasion. We received a warm, friendly welcome and were promptly shown to a very nice, spacious table for our party of three. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal’s from the Festive Menu, the food was delicious and piping hot. We were very well looked after by Charlotte and Alex, all the staff were very friendly & helpful and there was such a lovely ambience, dim lighting and beautiful Christmas lights made it very special! Look forward to returning soon.

Afternoon tea was a real treat. I have been here many times and love the old inn atmosphere. It was a family celebration and we really enjoyed the tasty treats on offer. We also appreciated the complimentary refills on our selected teas and coffees with our food. It wasn't busy, and we had a lovely big table in the main restaurant, very comfortable with plush cushions. In the past I've experienced big problems with parking, which is limited and honestly this has often put me off from visiting more frequently, however on this occasion we had no difficulty getting into the car park. Staff were pleasant and standard of food was very good. We had a lovely selection of savouries and sandwiches, with beautifully fresh scones and some really pretty sweet treats. All in all a perfect afternoon. I will definitely be going again.

We stayed on a 2 night deal with breakfast each morning and one evening meal. Everything was excellent from when we arrived and opened the door to a wood burning open fire. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Jodie. The room was clean, superb and so comfortable. The breakfast had a good choice of continental food and the cooked breakfasts were so tasty. We had one evening meal and it was a delight to enjoy a steak in the beautiful surroundings. We made use of the spa facilities and had a wee drink in the hot tub, excellent environment for it. The only problem we had were a few wasps about trying to sip our drinks but sure it is that time of the year. Overall we had a wonderful experience, well done to everyone.

Our new favourite hotel in NI. What a relaxing little gem of a place. Excellent staff at every turn. Lovely rooms full of character. The whole place oozes character and history. The new spa is a fab addition. It is small though and I’m sure it gets crowded. Also, in summer they had an issue with wasps. You couldn’t enjoy a drink pool side without a hoard of them trying to drink your drink. Breakfast and dinner were both fantastic. Will definitely be back.

What an enchanting and unique place to stay! Everything was magical from start to finish the open fire in reception, the warm and helpful staff, the delicious dinner and breakfast, the amazing gin and tonic menu in the bar, and truly the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!!!Thank you! (Mary, Dublin) (If you do visit Crawfordsburn, you should definitely take a walk to the beach nearby, its a fabulous walk and lovely scenery)

First time staying at The Old Inn Crawfordsburn. Part of the Galgorm Group. The Building obviously has a whole lot of history within its walls. A rustic building with lots of charm and strange little nooks and crannies that only add to its charm. The Rooms are various sizes. Ours was one of the smaller rooms but by no means a negative. The original features again gave it that something special. A few dining options. We decided on the bar area for both lunch and dinner. The food was fresh and delicious. The Amenities jacuzzi and pool along with the sauna and steam room is outside and felt a lot more intimate of a space than others we have been to. This, i actually preferred as everything was literally at hand and not a half mile camel hike to each. The Old Inn is currently in the middle of adding a spa/beauty treatment area for the like of massages and facial and such. This will only add to its popularity and would be a very welcome addition. Lastly but by no means least The staff. Each and every one of them are a credit to the establishment and company. Nothing was a bother. Very attentive, polite and professional. And always with a smile. Keep up the good work everyone. We will be back.

Possibly the friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel I’ve visited in the UK. The spa is another level. Outside thermal pool with relaxation room, sauna and steam room. QR codes around the spa provide the drinks menu and with a few clicks a cocktail appears pool side and is charged to your room. The rooms are beautifully decorated, robes, towels and slippers for the spa are provided in the rooms as well as complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar. The GHD hairdryer is a nice touch so you can quickly get ready for dinner after the spa. The meals in both the bar and restaurant, as well as breakfast, were delicious and a varied selection. It’s not cheap but definitely worth the money and a great place to come for a special occasion. Less than 15 minutes in a taxi from Belfast City Airport, 20 minutes to central Belfast and 10 minutes in the other direction to Bangor, this is a great base for exploring Northern Ireland.

Absolutely fantastic experience, from the minute we walked in the door, staff are so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the stunning cottage, so cosy and comfortable and the private hot tub just makes it perfect. The spa is gorgeous, the evening meal was outstanding and a great atmosphere in the bar in the evening. The fantastic staff really make the difference here. We'll definitely be back soon.
