To be honest, I am speechless. I paid 1400+ to book a basic room at this hotel? Why is it so expensive? Did the hotel hire a troll from Xiaohongbook? There are posts recommending this hotel everywhere. I really don’t understand. Wouldn’t it be better if I spent the same money to stay at an Intercontinental or Pan Pacific hotel? Tell me how unreasonable this 1400+ room is 1. I called four or five hours in advance and the hotel said that the parking space was fully booked! In fact, I found that there was still a parking space underground when I arrived at the hotel, but I had already parked my car in a street parking space 2. There were no slippers, toothbrushes, shower caps or any other supplies. The description on Ctrip is extremely inaccurate. Ctrip clearly wrote that slippers and other items are provided 3. The default room is on the first floor? Close to the expressway, quite noisy when cars pass by 4. Breakfast is said to be included, but it only includes continental breakfast, no hot food, and you need to pay for it separately. The coffee for breakfast is actually Nespresso capsules... There is not even a normal coffee machine 5. There is no village or store nearby, no supermarket or restaurant or any infrastructure nearby, and we finally ordered Uber eats for dinner I can only say that I don’t recommend it very much. Don’t believe social media. You can stay in a five-star hotel in the city for the same price. This hotel is more like a guesthouse of UwA.

The transportation is convenient, the room is quiet, and there is a park opposite. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic and the communication is very attentive.

Checked in After 6pm and received email with code to able to draw room key from box. Large room for 3pax and bath room shower head water pressure is good. Only disappointed is unable to connect to WiFi although inform reception still not resolved also phone without cable so unable to call reception.

The location is very good, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away from the hotel. If you choose to cook by yourself, it is very convenient and the cooking utensils are also neat. The hotel staff are very kind. The biggest disadvantage is that the facilities are old. The air conditioner in the living room outside the suite I stayed in did not cool. Someone came to debug for two consecutive days, but the effect was zero. It happened to be summer, and the temperature in the living room that could not be cooled was close to 30℃ in the afternoon.

fantastic location ! woke up to a lovely harbour view , fresh air , directly opposite the ferry trrminal, where you can just hop on the ferry to cross opposite to cbd, downtown, chiantown etc in a mere 10 mins ride ! hotel is clean, new , come fully fitted with kitchenette, onsite carpark is available , also theres a free washing machine and dryer at level 2 and BBq pit which was awesome

Reaching the hotel from the convention centre in a 10-minute walk is walking through a little jungle with waterbirds, palm trees and beautiful nature. The hotel itself is a nice and friendly place, in convenient distance from the city centre. Helpful and friendly staff, parking on site and good breakfast choices.

The environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

Always love my stays at the pagoda The beds are comfy the rooms are clean. The staff are always acomadating. It's one of my favourite place. I feel like I'm in Bali an im just down the Rd.

Convenient transportation, there is a dryer, a dishwasher, breakfast in the room, and a terrace for laundry. Fully equipped, but there are more stairs, it is more difficult to carry luggage.
