"Great place and so close to Gatwick, with its own parking. Owners were really friendly and explained everything like how to come in and out with the door code and how we could use the kitchen or order food in and where the nearest pub was. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom neat and shower hot. We had to leave early for our flight so did not have breakfast but had a perfect one night stay there. Thank you"

"I stayed here only for one night while waiting for my flight next morning.
Things I liked:
-The hotel was pretty comfortable
-Very friendly and welcoming staff
-Very close to the airport which made it super convenient.
-The room felt very comfortable
-Better price than other hotels in the area
Things I didn't like:
-The hotel feels a little old.
-Doesn't offer anything outstanding other than barely common necesites.
-The telephone had no cable, so I couldn't call reception.
-The water heater kettle was a little dirty and rusty."

Great
GGuest UserGreat hotel however dreadful noise early morning from the building site next door! We arrived in the middle of the night from a flight so really needed to sleep! Not that close to Gatwick either for a middle of the night transfer but there is a shuttle bus during the day . Was offered late check out as an apology but we’d already left.
GGuest UserThe hotel is close to London Gatewick Airport and has convenient transportation. The Bus station is right in front of the hotel. It costs 2 pounds to go to the south and north terminals of the airport. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the room facilities are complete and quiet.
GGuest UserSafe car park on arrival, just tap in your car registration at the reception on arrival and pay for your parking. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Free wifi.
Beautiful room. Clean and tidy with coffee and tea making facilities. Lovely complimentary shower and hand wash and shampoo. Comfy bed. Quiet hotel in quiet setting a little away from the main road. Idea location not far from Gatwick airport. Will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel looks very 1970s from the outside however the Inside is modern, very clean and excellent staff. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful.
The room was very comfortable and as we booked a premier king size had ample space. The coffee machine was a nice touch.
Well recommended.
GGuest UserWas impressed with the look, cleanliness, and staff at Raddison Red. Loved the free WiFi always a bonus. A good menu food wise even though I didn’t partake in any food this time round.
My only problem was that my shower tap squirted out from all angles! Shower was still good but may have been better. Funky phones in the room and adequate info throughout
JJAGXXXNice location and the hotel had a spa out the back that cost only £4 for use of Sauna, Steam room, Jacuzzi, and 10m Swimming Pool. Towels were only an extra £1 to hire whilst there so a very reasonable £5 for an afternoon of relaxation.
The hotel itself was pleasant whilst a little dated but this meant large rooms with plenty of space without bumping in to each other when moving around. The shower was in the bath which was reasonable with warm but NOT hot water. The tap on the sink could only be described as explosive when it was turned on and sprayed forward and onto anyone standing in front of the sink unless you did it very gently and only turned on about a 10th of it's full capacity.
KKevin TimlinAmazing stay , always such a positive vibe on arrival and on our extended days .
reception has been superb as well as the breakfast stay in the morning .
Which reminds me to also comment the mouth watering Full English which hit the spot !
Would recommend for family’s and couples , also travellers as it’s great for quick access to town and having the opportunity to enjoy a nice walk around the countryside
JJasmine Chen Yar LiMade a last minute booking to stay the night after touching down in Gatwick at night with a migraineq, not knowing how isolated the place was. Its was dark and eerily quiet to get to, room was without heating and the hot water kettle was rusty and peeling. Still for the price, a very decent place to near the airport that offers a phone to directly call for United cars shuttl
GGuest UserIf you’re looking for a budget friendly place near Gatwick airport, it’s a great place. They have all the basic amenities and friendly staff. It’s quite deep in the heart of a residential area so it’s advisable only if you drive.
