Weekend visit
Great weekend visit to Lake of Egypt. House was very clean and comfortable. Very nice updated kitchen with basic amenities for cooking. Gas grill was wonderful. Mattresses were softer than our liking, but we would definitely recommend this home. We will be back!

Spacious house in nice neighborhood
The house is a good size, roomy for a large family with large bedrooms. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Very pretty view of lake and down to dock. The location of the kitchen and living room being on the ground floor was a bit cumbersome for older folks with carrying in groceries, coolers, etc. You will have to go up and down stairs either inside or outside. Beds were clean and comfortable. We had issue with TV not working but management company was responsive and tried to assist. Overall I would stay again and appreciate the customer service I received from the rental company.

Early spring getaway
Interior of the house is as it shows in the pictures. Looks newly renovated. May or may not be completely done but it was nice and clean which is key! Good amount of space. Nice kitchen and appliances.
My only comments would be:
1. outside could use a good power spraying to remove cobwebs, and landscape debris from the siding and walk.
2. There is no beach area as it is tucked back in a cove therefore if you’re looking to swim you would need go out into the open water.
3. Lake side could use some clean up as well and maybe a place to sit.

Clean, Modern Lake House
This property was very clean. The owner and manager had great communication and were very helpful and accommodating during our eclipse stay. The location on the lake was great. Nice, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The house was lacking in some basics such as a hair dryer, plates that could go in the microwave, extra blankets, wine glasses, cork screw, etc. Overall, our stay was great. Just wish we would have known to pack more.

Great gateway
