HOTEL KYRIAD DIRECT MACON SUD

Very depressing hotel, OK for a one-night stopover. Bad smells in the hallway (dirty carpet?), no air conditioning in the room, difficult night. The TV sound is restricted, OK for the neighbors, but we can't hear a thing! The smile advertised on the signs wasn't there that night.

Very very disappointed with the service. Dirty and degraded hotel. Poorly soundproofed, you have the impression of spending the night in your neighbor's room...to be avoided in very hot weather. No air conditioning and the single small window allows almost no ventilation. Bedspread littered with three cigarettes. We had to change rooms at our request upon our arrival, the room reeking of stale tobacco.

Absolutely pathetic. Reservation of a twin, in fact a double. Large cobwebs in all 4 corners, broken, dirty equipment. The impression of staying in an old cellar. To flee !!!! We arrived at 11 p.m., too late to look for another hotel…

The staff is welcoming and friendly. I would happily return to this hotel

Unfenced parking, small and very dated rooms, mediocre bedding, questionable cleanliness, leaks in the bathroom, more than faded paintings. In short, a big disappointment because I frequent the Kyriad chain quite often. Certainly, when you are looking for the basics, it is normal to have a minimum service. It still has to be impeccable.
