The hotel is very nice but it’s not enough space to accommodate 3 people in that room and it’s definitely not worth the price we paid for two nights at all.Moreover there was noise in toilet as water kept on falling whole night from commode and also the shower place is very small it did not fit us there

As usual, a good hotel, a good room, however, a mistake at the reception desk allowed someone into my room and was given a duplicate key. This is extremely disturbing.

I had a great stay! The service was truly outstanding: the staff were friendly, attentive, and always available to meet our needs. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Nice hotel, located next to the metro (200m) and a large shopping center with plenty of shops and restaurants for every taste. The staff is friendly, the location is quiet, the room has two large windows, there is a private bathroom, a kettle for making tea and coffee, and a large buffet-style canteen on the ground floor of the hotel. Enjoy!

The Trip.com site is thieves I paid for my room on this site arrived at the hotel and they made me pay extra 21.45 €. Plus the stay fee of 19 € especially since online I had already paid 119. I don't recognize you this site is thieves and the hotel too
