Absolutely loved our holiday. Everything you could need on site. The pools are great. The Tahiti pool is gorgeous and so peaceful/relaxing. The tropical pool is brilliant with the slides and if you like a more lively atmosphere. Cabin was lovely and the seating area outside. We had some wonderful meals at the bar and staff were all lovely. Reception was great.

The great thing about this site is that management take notice of your comments . They acted on our complaints and corrected them all that is a real plus. A five star site needs to be able to do this and they have done so. August is z very busy month for all vacation facilities but Alannia corrected all our issues

I seriously would like to comment my stay at Alannia Costa Blanca, this is our ninth winter stay at Alannia Costa Blanca, my reason for this comment is that I am not sure if we shall be coming back due to my wife Frances conditions with dementia, however I would like to express my gratitude and feelings for this fantastic resort, the staff in all the service departments, resepsjon, restaurant, cleaning staff that cleans the toilet building to perfection ( I have a job getting my Willy to come out because it’s so clean) and definitely the administration for Alannia Costa Blanca. You are absolutely spectacular to us,. Very disappointed in our stay at Alannia Crevillent during Christmas and New Year. The site is supposedly 5 stars but not what I would expect for that. Showers were very hit and miss, lock broken on one, terrible shower head on another, toiletries holder in another hanging off, 2 nights of cold showers and one night tepid. The site advertises entertainment and classes but apart from bingo one night and zumba a few times there was nothing else going on. We paid for the Christmas day meal which was palatable! There were fireworks at new year. It was full of very noisy Spanish on their holidays and if you are unfortunate enough to get a pitch right next to the through road, be prepared for noise from folk chattering while walking through at 2 and 3 am! The site is the middle of nowhere, you can walk 40 minutes or cycle into Catral for supermarkets. The cycle route to Crevillent I think had been washed away as we lost our way and gave up as it was like cycling through landfill sites. El Fondo nature park is worth a visit. The gym was a fair size but some of the seats on the equipment were torn and all taped up and had seen better days. All in all its not a campsite but a huge resort with lots of long term residents and huge buses on site, definitely won't return.

It's been a really tough one to review. There are so many positives, but sadly, there are so many things that bring it down. Positives. The site is stunning, and the pools are out of this world. They look exactly like the pictures. The hotel is close to the airport. Negatives. The food is so bad. This is the main reason that sadly, we will never return. Choice is poor. It's always cold and just isn't good enough. If this improved, we would return. How can everything be cold? Sadly, we had undercooked chicken, too. The main pool is closed off season. This isn't well advertised. It's built solely to service the Spanish; no English menus, entertainment or effort to cater for british people. We are still here now - I normally wait until the end to provide a review, but the food is that bad my score will never be higher. The site is very isolated. The rooms are never cleaned. This place could be 5 star. The food has to improve though.
