Hotel in buona posizione rispetto al centro città, buona l' organizzazione, buono il servizio offerto e ottimo il breakfast. Lavanderia un poco rumorosa ma accettabile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Hotel tem tudo para ser bom, estão em reforma, percebe-se claramente pelo restaurante a mobília piso etc, quarto que fiquei o piso é lastimável de taco e extremamente sem manutenção alguma dá nojo de estar descansa, café da manhã e estacionamento são bons, mas a pior experiência foi na chegada dia 17 de maio e ser recebida por uma funcionária mal educada, folgada, arrogante que ali deu vontade de procurar outro local, mas estavamos com reserva e cansados apos viagem vindo de Porto Alegre, reclamei dela ao rapaz que estava com ela aliás foi a única pessoa que não usava uniforme e Graças a Deus não a vi no domingo de manhã, como agente de viagem da Four Stations atendo público corporativo a viagem jamais queria um cliente meu ser recepcionado por esta garota grossa e arrogantete

Péssimo atendimento, além de ter animal no quarto a frente que perturbou a noite, não indico, quarto com cheiro de mofo, instalações mal cuidadas, infelizmente tive pessima experiencia, não me hospedaria novamente.
