服務：斯拉夫人和南歐環境的融合，你懂的，早餐有單點菜單，服務人員中有一個斯洛文尼亞妹紙，禮貌，但英文都一般，前台好一點。
衞生：乾淨，整潔，過了夏季，門口停車費都從1.8歐元一小時下降到0.5€一小時，5-9月是旺季，整個克羅地亞都是這樣。過了旺季，很多服務就停了。門口的直飲水都沒了。

Well, we just came back yesterday from a perfect weekend getaway in Aminess Younique Narrivi hotel in Crikvenica. It was our first time in this hotel and I have to say that we will definitely be back soon. Everything was exactly as it should be: the staff was super friendly, nice, especially our waitress Viktorija, hotel room was big, spacious, and very modern. We loved the smell in the hotel, the surroundings, ambient is so lovely, every detail counts. My husband loved the restaurant, which offers soooo delicious breakfast, so it is very hard to decide what to choose. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was fingers licking good, 10/10, compliments to the chef. Hotel also has a small pool, which we didnt use, because we go to the seaside because of the sea, which is just a few steps from the hotel.....Big plus for us is that hotel is wheelchair accessible. Everything is flat, from reception, restaurant, pool area, rooms are big enough and bathroom is flat, with roll in shower, so we had no problem getting around to every place in the hotel, so 10/10 from us.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in April 2025 — it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was kind, discreet, and always ready to help, without ever being intrusive. The quality of service was exceptional, whether at the restaurant, the spa or with room service. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from the perfectly prepared breakfast or meals to the small touches in our room that showed how much they care about their guests' comfort. One moment that really touched us was when they surprised our son with a small chocolate egg as a thank-you for his kindness and sweet comments — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. There was a calm, family-like atmosphere throughout our stay, and yet the level of service was truly high-end. It is rare to find a place that combines warmth and professionalism so effortlessly. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already looking forward to coming back. We will surely recommend this place to friends and family.

The hotel has a really aesthetic interior and it has a perfect location, you get to enjoy the sunset from your balcony or rooftop pool, which also has saunas and outdoor jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was delicious everyday, you can choose from smoothies, eggs, croissants, muffins and even champagne. They upgraded our room for free so we could have sea view and also on the last day they let us have our room till lunch and we could still use pool and saunas past our checkout time.

The hotel is perfect, luxuryous, food was exellent and the staff was at our service 0-24 for anything we needed. The pool at the top floor with the view over the sea and island Krk is awesome. We stayed for a week and we are sure to comming back. Also our car was friven at hotels private parking lot and at request driven back to the hotel when we needed it.

In a word: catastrophic! The hotel advertises itself as 5 stars, but that's definitely not the case. We were there for a short break from Friday to Sunday. No one informed us that every Friday there's a live concert directly below the hotel from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. You can imagine what that night was like with a 9-month-old baby. After the event, the noise continued in the beach bar next door; the receptionist completely ignored it and had to beg twice to go to reception before she did something. It wasn't until 3:30 a.m. that we finally got quiet. We didn't sleep all night, and the second day of our vacation was completely ruined because everyone was tired and unbalanced, especially our baby. The hotel also advertises wellness services, but that wasn't the case either. There's no way to order anything except from the masseur, who, obviously, is nowhere to be found 90% of the time because he's massaging guests. Dirty glasses aren't taken away, and tables are dirty. There's no paper towels in the restroom, and they weren't refilled from Friday to Sunday. It's very unhygienic. I've stayed in several 5-star hotels, but the Aminess Younique definitely shouldn't be one of them because it simply doesn't meet 5-star standards. I was expecting something, especially for the money, and was completely disappointed. Never again will I stay in a hotel in the Aminess chain!
