Nice rooms, cosy beds, great variety for breakfast, polite stuff, clean pool area, spa and saunas working nicely and available whole day. A/C works properly in rooms and rooms are quite and sound insulation is superb. The two things that can be a bit better: since new building rooms dont have a balcony a retractible wire in the bathroom would be nice for drying towels. Water in a pool could be 2-3 C warmer.

Great stay, minor tweaks to be brilliant
A lovely hotel, ideally located. Though advertised as 5 star, the housekeeping was limited (clean towels and bed made), no replenishment of coffee or water. Great breakfast spread, though the hot breakfast was like warm at best. However, these are minor grumbles as we had a fantastic long weekend.

Booked this based on the reviews but in honesty, it's as basic as a decent hotel gets. There was nothing bad about it but it certainly isn't a 5* experience. Breakfast is great. Dinner is OK, there's a little something for everyone but no drinks included. Prosecco is only served at breakfast.. No dress code for dinning in the evening. VERY relaxed so no need to dress up classy (odd for a 5*) one girl came in with booty shorts and a crop top on. Shooketh. Rooms are spotless! The spa facilities however need some attention as they're a little grubby, just needs a good scrub! Plenty of dead flies around the jacuzzi too, I get this is expected but they lay there all day. The spa slippers were THIN, very cheap and very slippy. Bring pool shoes. Seems people walked into the pool room on their outdoor shoes too which is not great for hygiene. Some pool towels need replaced (staining). Turkish spa out of order. Cap on the bottom of jacuzzi is off and when stood on it sharp, be careful. Staff were nice but not overly attentive, to the point we weren't even asked how our stay was on checkout. Check your drinks bills properly as we almost signed someone else's off.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room had a comfortable bed and thick doors to keep the noise away. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a variety of options including lots of healthy foods. The staff’s service was beyond expectations.
