Double Eagle Hotel & Casino

Decided to book the suite, since it was a special weekend with my wife. Room 532 was very nice and spacious, however it was directly adjacent to a service elevator for the staff. And you could hear it very well inside the room. ALL NIGHT. It was late as we had been ********, so instead of asking to move we decided to turn the tv on low to try to drown out the elevator noise. The tv volume was stuck on full blast and the only remote was a Roku one that wouldn’t control the volume. We called the front desk and asked how to control the volume and they didn’t know but said they would send someone up. Waited 30 minutes and gave up and went to bed. They never showed. We could also hear the guests next door as the walls were not well insulated. Horrible night’s sleep for both of us. Also the ****** slots were very tight. We actually made our way down the street to a few others that were actually paying a little money out. (Along with some other guests who were complaining about the same thing). Would not stay again
