Very satisfied, the hotel is very, very good and very clean. However, the first Thai food is at least difficult to drink in Dongyin Gong soup. The shrimp is very fishy, like brushing pot water.

The hotel room is moderately spaced, the hotel is halfway up the mountain, quiet and good environment. The hotel's bedding is very comfortable and especially sleep-friendly. The hotel is far from the bus station and the MRT station, and the excessive luggage should be particularly cautious.

Shadian has convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and many Arabic delicacies in 10 minutes' walk. London Bridge is 15 minutes away by train. The hotel's breakfast buffet is delicious and has many varieties. The staff in Shadian are friendly.

GGuest UserI absolutely enjoyed my stay at this aparthotel. I was very comfortable in the room. This aparthotel is located very close to the east Croydon Station about 10-15 minutes walk maximum. The young man at the from desk was very helpful. I needed to check in before the check in time and they made the allowance for me to do that.
Note well: the walls are very thin, thus you can hear everything happening above, below and next to you. I was thoroughly entertained/ with the music, gossip and moans that escaped the other rooms. Although there are rules that governs the stay at the aparthotel, we need to bear in mind that at nights people do what they want and break the rules. If reported the hotel can deal with it. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this aparthotel especially if you are on a budget or like me who wanted to enjoy my vacation without spending all my money in hotels. This is and was a great option. I will most definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserI have stayed here previously and I stay here because of the convenient location and I have usually been able to get the rooms for a good price. I clean the rooms myself to be able to feel comfortable. I have included a picture of the filthy wipes from cleaning surfaces.
This trip was horrendous due to noise and vibrations- the last time I complained about vibrations and the manager attended offering extra pillows to help this. This time there was what appeared to be people talking to me in the bathroom which made me feel like I was being watched and there was vibrations in the bed waking me up and preventing me from sleeping. I contacted the police and I want to warn solo female stayers about this and I am asking for people to come forwards if they have experienced similar.

GGuest UserThe location is indeed a bit far from the city center, there isn't much transportation to the city center, and there aren't many restaurants nearby.
Although there is a parking lot, the license plate recognition system at the entrance and exit gate seems a bit insensitive. I had to move back and forth several times before it could read my license plate and open the gate.
The room is spacious, the bed is large and the mattress is soft, and the overall feeling is clean.

GGuest UserGood location near to bus stops and walking distance to restaurants and shops. You can also take a bus or tram. Very convenient for East and West Croydon Stations. Very good value for money with breakfast included as I got an offer for £68. Will definitely stay there again

JJJGGCCRRBooked this as I had an early flight out of Gatwick and needed two nights in London, this Holiday Inn was a fraction of the price of the one in London city and is relatively well connected being only a 10 minute walk to the Croydon station which serves both London and Gatwick via frequent train service. The check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and polite. Rooms are basic, but clean- exactly what you want out of a short stay. Good value, especially when compared to some of the outrageous prices other Holiday Inns are charging these days. Would stay again.

GGuest UserThe reception staff were lovely. Room was a good size. The beds are amazing! I ended up oversleeping.
The down sides were the water pressure and ventilation system. The hot water in the sink had a very slow flow and the show pressure was poor. The ventilation system did not work, however a portable heater was provided. The only problem with that was if it got too hot, there was no way of cooling the room.
Besides all of that I would stay here again.

GGuest UserThere were three of us in the room, which was very comfortable, and the extra bed was only 10 pounds. There are many choices for dinner, including steak, which tastes very good! Service is nice. 18 holes of golf + club rental = 31 pounds. It will definitely get dark at 4:30. It is recommended to use colored balls from 4 to 4:30, otherwise you will not be able to find the ball.
