Where to begin, paper, thin walls, I can hear my neighbor snoring no breakfast whatsoever. As for buffet, you go to the cafeteria and just ask for some things I asked for orange juice with a slice of toast what I wasn’t expecting, was the moldy pats of butter that I got with the toast, ended up being sick the rest of the day. No Internet whatsoever when I asked the staff about it they said they have people that live there that are constantly playing games on the Internet sucking up all the bandwidth the Internet works for a minute then it’s down for three or four totally useless would not recommend anyone. !!

After staying here last year and having a good stop, This year totally different, the accommodation was good and clean , But they do not serve any Food at all on Friday/Saturday /Sunday nights. After a very long journey when enquiring about food they suggested the local bowling alley, We were also booked in for our return trip, but has now been cancelled. Worst of all was told Breakfast was at 7am but at weekends not served until 8am so we went without food for 24 hours. Be Warned.

This is the worse place I’ve ever stopped , do t be fooled by photos , rooms very worn and cold, wasn’t able to eat in the restaurant told we had to eat in the bar with a load of men who had just finished work, menu out of all 5 starter options only 1 available boiled potatoes and beans, and out of 5 mai s only 1 available boiled potatoes and chicken. Slap bang in middle of an industrial park with nowhere to go so site lied again ,wouldn’t let children play in park as very dirty

The room itself was okay, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location isn’t too bad if you drive—about 20min to Zaragoza town centre. Dislike: the aircon was not working and the room was boiling. No shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the room. Just a soap bar. Breakfast is extremely poor. It is served in the bar close to the hotel and you can have one croissant, one cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice. Not worth to pay extra for breakfast! It is okay if you are passing through and need a place to stay for the need. I would not recommend for someone who wants to do holiday in Zaragoza as nothing is with walking distance.

Don't be put off by the surroundings when you arrive as the hotel is in the middle of a trading estate BUT hotel and restaurant modern and clean. Plus, as on the outskirts of Zaragoza it's an ideal stopover as access to the motorway is easy. Good simple food and drinks at reasonable prices. Dog friendly which is hard to find. When the Reception is not manned the automatic check-in can be a pain but the staff in the restaurant are more than happy to help you.

Las habitaciones están suficientemente bien para descansar. Buena limpieza. Fácil aparcamiento. Está alejado de todo. La cafetería/restaurante tiene horarios extraños y te dejan sin opción de cenar nada. Sólo te puedes apañar con una máquina de vending

El recepcionista es un poco peculiar, pero muy majo y gracioso. Tenía un aire con Emilio de ANHQV. Las habitaciones son correctas y limpias, con aire acondicionado y televisión por cable. Tiene dispensador de jabón tanto para la ducha como para el lavabo. Para el desayuno las napolitanas y los cruasanes eran muy ricos, pero el café sabía a pies de mono, malísimo... El hotel tiene a rasgos generales muy buena calidad/precio, la única pega es que su ubicación está en un polígono apartado de todo, el lugar podría salir perfectamente en las noticias por haber habido algún delito...

El hotel está en decadencia, llevo años viniendo a la feria FIMA, tienen cerrado el comedor, ya no dan cenas, tiene un par camareros que no hacen más que quejarse por la cantidad de horas que hacen, la calidad de los cuatro pinchos que tienen es muy baja y han quitado el servicio de recepción del hotel, en horario de noche. No saben ni la clave de internet, me dieron una de hacía años, el internet en la segunda planta que estuve alojado se desconecta cada 5 minutos. En fin no volveré más.

Solo puedo opinar del servicio del restaurante. Viernes, a las 17.10 me dicen q no sirven cafés ni nada. Que están cerrados y tienen la caja cerrada. Éramos 3. Pero más tarde un chico sale a la terraza con una coca cola.
