The hotel is beautiful, including the room. The friendly receptionist but never said her name and was not identified (there was one), we tried to make a booking and couldn't, we went to the hotel directly and the price tripled it and the room was simpler ... too expensive to the quality of service ... called the reception to ask towels and security said that it was not his job, they had to call then, they had to wait for the receptionist to get out of business and he stopped there what manager.
