Buena ubicación en el centro de Cuenca, con habitaciones cómodas y un jardín encantador. El personal es amable y atento. Un lugar encantador y con capacidad para un gran número de visitantes, se requieres un poco más de control el las habitaciones pero aparte de eso todo está bien.

Este lugar estuvo bien en su estructura pero la atención fue súper mala por parte de la señora que estaba ese día en la recepción al igual que algunas habitaciones que olían a húmedo y también amanecimos con picados de animales después de hospedarnos en este hotel.

El lugar a mi parecer puede mejorar más en el punto de que se escucha la bulla de afuera en las habitaciones, pero algo que recalcar es que el patio central que tienen es muy bonito. Pero si podrían mejorar en arreglar el ruido que se mete a los cuartos.

El Nass Garden Hotel tiene áreas verdes bonitas, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear, ya que el personal no es amable, ni atento, las habitaciones necesitan mejor mantenimiento, ya que el piso suena mucho al momento de caminar generando incomodidad.
