A beatiful building, completely renewed but mantaining the pre-existing characteristics. its location is very convenient to the center but far from the noise and the traffic of the principal roads. we needed an early breakfast and they were ready for the established time.

pos friendly personnel spacious rooms safety deposit box in the room wifi is working well neg if your room faces the street, it is noisy the whole day and night if your room faces the patio, you may have no real window and have the noise from the restaurant only served breakfast (not getting you filled)

This delightful hotel enjoys a choice location in the heart of the historic city of Cuenca (Ecuador), a short walk to the main monuments and the quaint streets where you can shop to your heart's content. It has a Mexican flair (colour scheme, decorative objects...). The staff is incredibly nice and helpful : they even let us stay in an unoccupied room with balcony so that we could see at ease the famous Pase del Nino viajero on 24 December !

I enjoyed staying at this little hotel. The best parts were that it is right smack in the city center, the staff are super friendly, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast was scrumptious, and it was quiet. The only odd thing I found (and apparently this is common) is that the windows of my room overlooked the courtyard/breakfast area. This made for a quiet night, but I admit it was a bit odd. The hotel did a great job making sure to have very heavy curtains in the rooms to block out the light. I would stay here again...I think other rooms have a view, but then you may battle the street noise. Overall I was really happy to spend a night here.

Muy agradable la estancia, las personas que atienden muy amables, la casa es antigua y de una maravillosa arquitectura colonial. sólo el wifi es muy intermitente, la presión de agua no es suficiente cuando está lleno y en las noches es bullicioso.

Perfecta y céntrica ubicación en CUENCA (Ecuador). Agradable casa con fuerte personalidad. Buen servicio. Cuarto de baño algo limitado. Desayuno bueno. Restaurante (pero de otros gestores con una infeliz relación precio/calidad). Buen nivel de limpieza.

Prachtige Posada. Schoon, gezellig en vlakbij het centrum. Het ontbijt was heel goed en ook kan je er heerlijk dineren. De kamers waren schoon en er was een kleine maar goede badkamer bij. Ze hebben er ook water staan waar je, je flesje kan bijvullen.
