Definitely did not match the reviews. The room was so smelly we had to prop the door open for several hours. There was blue tac all over the wall from when someone was living in the room and no one bothered to take it down. Bed was comfy but it felt overall dingy.

We were greeted upon arrival, the room was as described and pictured. It was clean with plenty of towels and good lighting at night. They had a better then average complimentary breakfast. The manager was on site and very friendly. He us multiple times if everything was okay and if there was anything he could do for us. I will stay there again when in the area.

We had a red-eye flight and so had to check in almost 2 hours after midnight. Staff was very friendly to communicate and made it easy to check-in that late. We needed the hotel just for sleeping during the 2 nights as we were out the whole day. I would say it was perfect for that purpose. We had to check out early before breakfast time. The staff offered to have some food available before the usual time.

The stay was fine. The staff were very accomadating and friendly. The rooms lacked on cleanleness. My first room the toilet seat had feces smear on it, the hard surfaces on the desks and dresser were coated with dust, drawers were molded. The carpet needed vaccuming. It wasnt horrible, but gave the impression the housekeepers have too much of a load to handle

Housekeeping needs heavy improvement. Towels with stains comforters with blood stains, sheets & pillowcases dingy and appears not crisp clean. The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke- they changed us to another.
