We stayed 1 night for our trip to enjoy the Maine’s lobster. This hotel is located at the old port area where is easily walking to restaurants and pier. Nice, clean and good service!

I think it is a good hotel among the hotels in the surrounding area. I think the location is very good. Breakfast was better than I expected.

It is spacious and simple, with light tones and good environment. The breakfast is not many, but the quality is good enough. I just did n’t see the option of room and meal. Pay $ 11 + tax + tip.

Great location tho it wasn't situation in the heart of downtown. Clean and bright room. Due to the covid the housekeeping service wasn't delivered during the 3 nights we stayed. The price was extremely expensive (actually all hotels in the whole Portland). Anyhow, great spacious room and I had a pleasant stay.

Very clean, accommodating staff. If I could suggest anything, it would be that they would explain when asked about being pet friendly that they don’t allow pets to stay in the room while you’re not there and charge a $250 fine if you leave the room. We were confused because in other hotels that we stayed, we were allowed to leave the dogs. This makes it rather difficult when you arrive at the location and you’re an hour and a half away from your house that you have to now find a dog sitter or a dog daycare while you go out of your hotel room to me it defeats the purpose because I know I would’ve left them with the dog sitter at home either that or they clarify their stance on such issues like “do you have a dog here well as long as he stays quiet, it’s OK“ something to that effect.
