Overall the hotel as a whole is quite pleasant, however the bathroom, inside the shower, is a little tight for showering. The minibar also leaves something to be desired in terms of aesthetics as it was quite rusty in visible areas, making it look somewhat ugly. The nighttime valets used to squeal the tires of my car when going up from the basement to the floor where we received the car. Some might say: OK, but to go up you have to step on it a little more because the car needs to move... And I would be forced to agree with such rhetoric if it weren't for the valet this morning, 12/22, the exact day of my checkout and I had the privilege of meeting this valet whose name, unfortunately, I didn't take the initiative to ask.
I appreciate the attention and services provided to everyone involved during my stay!

Horrible room! Door was closed and broken. Old, noisy spring bed. The door was broken on the outside, you couldn't even close it. The shower was good at least, but the towels were weak. Breakfast was very poor. Parking was ridiculously expensive, 35 reais, if there were two cars it would be 70 reais.

Reservei um quarto de casal e quando entrei no quarto tinha suas camas de solteiro, precisei esperar o contato do atendente com o gerente que não estava no hotel para trocar de quarto.
O café da manhã estava lotado, faltando lugar para sentar, além da reposição de alimentos demorar.

Estadia foi muito boa! Pedimos um quarto com menos barulho e foi atendida a nossa solicitação, conforto quarto x valor pago, foi satisfatório, quarto limpo e organizado sem muito luxo. Café da manhã incrível, tinha de tudo, único ponto dependendo do horário cheio mas a reposição quando acaba é rápida. Atendimento otimo!
