Ao fazer checkin, além de ter chegado no final da noite, tive que pagar taxas extras, de 99,00 de pet, e 30,00 de garagem. Sendo que não tinha qualquer aviso na reserva. Se tem estacionamento e é pet friendly, deveriam avisar que cobram, para o cliente poder avaliar se vai querer pagar um valor que corresponde a mais da metade do valor da diária do quarto.

O ar condicionado não funciona, na reserva fala que tem estacionamento mas não explica que é pago a parte, o banheiro inunda inteiro, escorre água or tudo do lado de fora do box.
Quanto a localização e limpeza não tenho do que reclamar. O café também era muito bom e os funcionários bem atenciosos e simpáticos.
