O quarto era velho e tinha um cheiro ruim. O café da manhã deixou a desejar e o ambiente para o café não era um espaço agradável. O atendimento foi absurdamente demorado e o estacionamento precisei pagar a mais, mesmo sendo hóspede. Não recomendo este hotel! Custo benefício péssimo!

O quarto em si não é ruim, até espaçoso para uma pessoa sozinha, o banheiro já é um negócio a parte, totalmente mal feito e pequeno. Café da manhã com 0 variedade, razoável pois contém o básico, de fruta, pão, leite e bolo. Wi-fi péssimo. Limpeza é boa e achei variavel cardápio do restaurante. Localização tbm boa, ao lado do parque Barigui. Mas o pior de tudo é que quarto tem 0 de acustica, ou seja, você consegue ouvir o quarto ao lado: pessoa andando, se ligar o ar condicionado faz barulho meu quarto por conta de dutos, até o chuveiro ouvi. Pedi para trocar de quarto 4x e deram a minima, pq sempre um atendente tinha uma desculpa para o hotel estar cheio, sendo que vi pessoas entrando e saindo constantemente.

Já trabalhei com Turismo, a muitos anos em agência de viagem, recentemente conheci a Cidade de Curitiba, e escolhi ficar nesse hotel, melhor escolha que eu já fiz, ótimo em atendimento, bom em café da manhã, organização e limpeza são boas, quarto com camas confortáveis, sem contar na localização que fica em um bairro nobre, perto do parque Barigui, região muito boa para se hospedar. Fica um pouco distante do centro da cidade, mas nada que um Uber possa ajudar.

O hotel é novo, quarto e banheiro bem limpos, café da manhã bem servido, o estacionamento é pago. Bem localizado para quem quer ficar na região do Barigui. O hotel conta com acesso por elevador, tem microondas no quarto. Para quem ficar na região vale o investimento.
