Terrible service, in the rooms they do not replenish the necessary towels and when they are alone they make you go down from your room to reception because they say they do not have staff. Apart! The water was cut off and they were not able to offer even bottled water, even though I explained to them that I was left with the shampoo on my head, they told me to wait in the shower for an hour to see if they could solve it, which only 4 hours later They gave it… and the worst thing was that when I told them about the water, their first comment from the receptionist was that she couldn't do anything because she didn't know

Péssima experiência neste hotel! O pior de todos que ja me hospedei. FIQUEI UMA SEMANA SENDO 3 DIAS SEM AGUA QUENTE E UM DIA SEM ÀGUA TOTAL NEM QUENTE E NEM FRIA, nem água na pia para escovar os dentes teve! Tivemos que comprar água para lavar a boca e banho só com lenço úmidos. VIEMOS EM 3 CASAIS E A INSATISFAÇÃO FOI GERAL!! ¡Mala experiencia en este hotel! El peor de todos en los que me he alojado. PASÉ UNA SEMANA CON 3 DÍAS SIN AGUA CALIENTE Y UN DÍA SIN AGUA TOTAL, NI CALIENTE NI FRÍA, ¡ni siquiera había agua en el lavabo para lavarme los dientes! Tuvimos que comprar agua para lavarnos la boca y bañarnos sólo con pañuelos húmedos. VIENEMOS EN 3 PAREJAS Y LA INSATISFACCIÓN FUE GENERAL!!
