The hotel met all our expectations, the rooms are very comfortable, the hotel has a very good location (close to the square). The attention was excellent, all the staff was very friendly and attentive to what we needed throughout our stay, always very aware of our itinerary for the tours.

Excellent service, they treated us like royalty, they went out of their way to fulfill everything we needed. I loved edgar, they were very polite. The comfortable rooms when leaving very early before breakfast we were made to wait for a box to take to the tour I will be back soon

Excelente servicio muy buenos precios Las habitaciones son muy acogedores y las camas son muy cómodas las duchas tienen agua caliente y un excelente servicio Por parte del personal muy buena atención y muy amables. Sobre todo muy buena ubicación.

Buen precio, pero muy deficiente el servicio, había un olor muy malo en los pasillos y escalera, dos días no tuvimos agua caliente, reclamé y recién la persona encargada revisó y nos informa que no había gas, se supone que se resolvería en 30 min, pero no fue así. La persona que trabaja de noche muy poco amable y poco resolutiva, había que repetirle las cosas.

Mala gestión de reservas. Las cerraduras de las habitaciones son inseguras. Además de se poco insonorizadas. Los inquilinos gritan, se tocan las puertas fuertes, discuten en los pasillos a las 2:00am y se quedan haciéndolo por cerca de 1 hora y nadie de la administración les llama la atención. Pésimo lugar para descansar.

Muito barulho nos quartos, muita claridade nos quartos, as luzes dos corredores entram dentro do quarto, café da manha ruim pouca quase nada de variedade, pão com ovo ou queijo, com café ou suco, mais nada. cama ruim, chuveiro ruim.

Excelente atención de parte de personal, amables y cordiales, siempre hay agua caliente para la ducha, habitaciones temperadas y aseadas, desayunos justos y precisos ya que como turistas tendemos a hacer todo en la ciudad .. Muy central a cuadras de la plaza principal... Recomiendo para un buen descanso después de cada tour ...

MI nombre es Carlos Enrique Torres lizarraga, con DNI 25620350 .Vivo en Lima, y me tome una semana de vacaciones,viajando al Cusco. El dia miercoles 27 de julio 2022 sufri un accidente en la ducha de este hotel (Pumas Cusco hotel) se cayo la puerta de vidrio de la ducha hacia adentro de la misma, se hizo añicos y me ocasiono varios cortes en la pierna, rodilla , manos y brazo, el pie me sangraba copiosamente, mi esposa pidio ayuda a la recepcionista, y ni siquiera me hicieron llegar un botiquin, pedi llamen una ambulancia y pasaron 20 min sin resultados, por lo que tuve que tomar un taxi por mi cuenta para ir hacia el hospital, lo mas increible fue que al regresar del hospital me dijeron que debia pagar la puerta de la ducha a que obviamente no era de vidrio templado, ya que me ocasiono varios cortes, tuve que regresar a lima y cortar mi tour ya pagado, ocasionandome perdidas economicas y un gran stress mental.Tambien tuve que pagar un pasaje de regreso a Lima, perdiendo el pasaje con fecha 30/07/2020 ya que por obvias razones no podria continuar con el tour programado. Tampoco me dieron el libro de reclamacioes, ya esta puesta la denuncia ante la Poltur e Indecopi, la policia tomo fotos y video de la gran cantidad de sangre en el baño y todo el piso de la habitacion, soy diabético y obviamente mi vida estuvo en peligro. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA
