Clean, easy access, very very nice staffs. 10 min walk to Plaza de Armas, so it is walkable to the city center ,but not noisy. We were treated so well by the host. 2 thumbs up!

We had a wonderful stay here. Johann and Jose were so friendly and hospitable. We had to change rooms several times because of our schedule and they made sure everything worked perfectly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location is very central. We can only recommend to stay here!

Do not think twice to stay here, just book it!
Me and my husband had an amazing stay here during our trip in Cusco. The hotel is located at the heart of Cusco city and just a few minutes walk to the plaza, along with nearby shops and restaurants. It is run by a lovely family (Jose, Johann, and Miriam) who will greet you very warmly.
We had to get up incredibly early (4am!) for a tour and Jose prepared a packed breakfast for us. I told my husband it feels as if our parents prepared the breakfast because it was very thoughtful and we never got hungry throughout the trip :)
Johan speaks really good english so you will face no issue trying to get some tips around the city.

This is an unconventional hotel, not facing the street, making it a bit difficult to find. It's located in a connected courtyard, but the upside is that it's staffed 24 hours a day. The owner and front desk were very friendly. The room was well-equipped with amenities like a kettle and tea bags, and the quilt was quite comfortable. My room was located near the wooden staircase, and I was woken by the chatter on the first floor and the clatter of people leaving the hotel before midnight. Breakfast was a la carte, but the variety was quite good, and I was full, so it was okay.

The young clerk was very conscientious and told me that it was his first time to receive Chinese Hong Kong people. He was very polite and attentive. First of all, I have to pass through a courtyard at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel staff helped me carry my luggage and go upstairs. The hotel included breakfast. Since I signed up for a local tour and had to leave very early, the hotel would prepare a breakfast package for me to take away. Even if I had breakfast in the hotel, the staff would ask me if I wanted an extra order of scrambled eggs, and there were plenty of fruits. When I left, the staff also called a taxi for me. The service made me feel at home.
